Abstract

Proyek underpass Yogyakarta International Airport di kabupaten Kulonprogo merupakan pembangunan jalan lintas bawah sebagai pengganti terputusnya jalur jalan lintas selatan (JJLS) akibat pembangunan bandara YIA. Proyek underpass ini menggunakan metode system box cast in situ yang mengharuskan penggalian struktur yang dilakukan sangat besar, ditambah dengan kondisi tanah di daerah proyek dominan berpasir mengharuskan penggalian yang dilakukan membentuk lereng yang landau karena dikhawatirkan terjadi kelongsoran. Desain alternatif struktur underpass yang akan dibuat menggunakan struktur secant pile dengan melakukan pergantian beberapa elemen struktur eksisting yaitu PCI Girder diganti dengan struktur pelat precast, penggantian struktur wall pada kondisi eksisting diganti dengan struktur secant pile dan modifikasi elemen struktur bottom slab agar lebih efisien.
Dalam merencanakan desain alternatif, dilakukan pengolahan data dari data perencanaan yang telah ada sebelumnya, dilakukan preliminary design dimensi serta ketebalan struktur. Dilakukan pengecekan stabilitas terhadap beberapa kondisi pelaksanaan yang berpengaruh pada elemen struktur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan penulangan berdasarkan hasil gaya yang didapat dari program bantu. Perencanaan akhir berupa metode pelaksanaan pengerjaan serta gambar kerja yang meliputi pendetailan struktur.
Hasil perencanaan desain alternatif underpass YIA ini meliputi ukuran primary pile dengan diameter 700mm dan secondary pile dengan diameter 600mm dengan kedalaman 13 m dari permukaan tanah eksisting. Ketebalan bottom slab dimodifikasi menjadi 500mm, lalu untuk struktur atas ketelabalan precast top slab 350mm dan top overtopping 150mm. Dimensi capping beam tepi 900/1500mm dan capping beam tengah 700/1500mm. Dimensi dinding struktur memiliki ketebalan 200mm

The Yogyakarta International Airport underpass project in Kulonprogo district is the construction of an underpass to replace the disconnection of the southern causeway (JJLS) due to the construction of the YIA airport. This underpass project uses the box cast in situ system method which requires the excavation of the structure to be very large, coupled with the soil conditions in the predominantly sandy project area requiring excavation to form a sloping slope because landslides are feared. An alternative design of the underpass structure that will be made using the secant pile structure by replacing several elements of the existing structure, namely the PCI Girder is replaced with a precast plate structure, replacing the wall structure in the existing condition is replaced with a secant pile structure and modification of the bottom slab structural elements to make it more efficient.
In planning an alternative design, data processing is carried out from pre-existing planning data, preliminary design dimensions and structure thickness are carried out. Stability checks were carried out on several implementation conditions that affect structural elements. Furthermore, the calculation of reinforcement is carried out based on the force results obtained from the auxiliary program. The final planning is in the form of an implementation method and a working drawing that includes structural details.
The results of the YIA underpass alternative design planning include primary pile size with a diameter of 700mm and secondary pile with a diameter of 600mm with a depth of 13 m from the existing ground surface. The thickness of the bottom slab is modified to 500mm, then for the upper structure the thickness of the precast top slab is 350mm and top overtopping is 150mm. The dimensions of edge capping beam 900 / 1500mm and middle capping beam 700 / 1500mm. The dimensions of the structure wall have a thickness of 200mm.
