Abstract

==========================================

According to the Republic of Indonesia law number 32 of 2014 concerning maritime states that to ensure maritime safety, port facilities, including environmental facilities and prevention of environmental pollution must be available. This final project is a Marine Disaster Prevention
type ship design with a catamaran hull model. In the process, the design of this ship uses a parent design approach concerning a comparative ship design that has sailed well. This design process refers to the "KN Pacitan" ship owned by the National SAR Agency (BASARNAS) as
a comparison ship. The payload comes from oil handling equipment such as Oil Boom, Oil Skimmer, Oil Storage, Dispersant, Transfer Pump, Powerpack with a total payload weight of 219.10 tons. Technical calculations are performed using catamaran ship rules. From technical calculations obtained; Loa = 60 m, B = 16.8 m, T = 1.85 m, H = 4.5 m, B1 = 5 m, CB = 0.412, and Vs = 30 knots. Then from the main dimensions, a Lines Plan, General Arrangement, 3D
Models is made, and an analysis of the cost of shipbuilding is made. And the amount of development costs obtained from the Marine Disaster Prevention Ships (MDPS) is Rp. 50,661
billion.
