Abstract

PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado merupakan salah satu perusahaan dalam negeri yang bergerak di bidang jasa dan otomotif. Perusahaan dalam hal ini perlu melakukan evaluasi disebabkan persaingan otomotif dan jasa yang semakin ketat. Sehingga dalam upaya untuk mengevaluasi dan mendukung tercapai tercapainya perusahaan, salah satu kegiatan yang penting bagi perusahaan adalah dengan mengukur kinerja perusahaan. Saat ini PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado dalam melakukan evaluasi pengukuran kinerja yang diterapkan belum terintegrasi dan masih terdapat unsur bias dalam penilaiannya sehingga pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan belum bisa menggambarkan seberapa tercapainya strategi perusahaan. Alat dalam pengukuran kinerja yang dapat digunakan adalah framework Balanced Scorecard dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Balanced Scorecard merupakan alat manajemen kinerja yang dapat membantu organisasi untuk menerjemahkan visi dan strategi ke dalam aksi atau tindakan dengan memanfaatkan sekumpulan indikator finansial dan non finansial yang semuanya saling terjalin dalam suatu hubungan sebab akibat. Analytical Hierarchy Process sebagai alat dalam mengukur kinerja PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado agar sasaran strategis dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dapat diintegrasikan dengan rencana strategis perusahaan. Sistem pengukuran kinerja yang dibuat pada level perusahaan, Departemen Service. dan level individu pada Departemen Service dengan menggunakan cascading. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan KPI properties untuk seluruh KPI. Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada PT. Hasjrat Abadi Sudirman Manado menghasilkan 14 KPI pada pengukuran kinerja level korporat dan 10 KPI pada level Departemen Service. Sedangkan pada level individu didapatkan 10 KPI pada Controller, 8 KPI pada Foreman, dan 5 KPI pada bagian mekanik. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba pengukuran kinerja menggunakan scoring system dan traffic light system. Setelah didapatkannya sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan, dibuat sebuah contoh dashboard yang mempermudah dan mempercepat perusahaan dalam memantau kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. ================================================================================================= PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado is one of the domestic companies engaged in the automotive and service sector. Companies in this case need to conduct an evaluation due to increasingly tighter automotive and service competition. So that in an effort to evaluate and support the achievement of the company, one of the important activities for the company is to measure the company's performance. Currently PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado in evaluating the performance measurement that has been applied has not been integrated and there is still an element of bias in the assessment so that the performance measurement carried out cannot describe how the company's strategy has been achieved. Tools in measuring performance that can be used is the Balanced Scorecard framework and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The Balanced Scorecard is a performance management tool that can help organizations translate their vision and strategy into action or action by utilizing a set of financial and non-financial indicators which are all intertwined in a causal relationship. Analytical Hierarchy Process method as a tool in measuring the performance of PT. Hasjrat Abadi so that strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) can be integrated with the company's strategic plan. Performance measurement system created at the company level, Service Department. and the individual level in the Service Department by using cascading. Furthermore, KPI properties are made for all KPIs. Performance measurement system design at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Sudirman Manado generates 14 KPIs at the corporate level performance measurement and 10 KPIs at the Service Department level. While at the individual level, there are 10 KPIs on the Controller, 8 KPIs for Foreman, and 5 KPIs for the mechanical part. Then performed a performance measurement trial using a scoring system and a traffic light system. After obtaining a company performance measurement system, an example of a dashboard is made that makes it easier and faster for companies to monitor employee performance in the company.
