Abstract

Komitmen organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan apakah karyawan akan bertahan didalam organisasi lebih lama dan secara aktif bekerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan organisasi baik secara internal maupun eksternal, terdapat tiga aspek penting yaitu koneksi, komunikasi, dan keterlibatan. Komunikasi dan juga tingkat keterlibatan kerja karyawan sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan organisasi. Dampak dengan adanya kebijakan social distancing, membuat cara kerja juga telah digantikan dengan cara daring untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19, hal itu membuat komunikasi antar karyawan dan keterlibatan dalam bekerja menjadi berbeda serta akan berdampak pada komitmen dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara komunikasi karyawan dan keterlibatan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dimana data yang didapatkan dari kuisioner yang disebar melalui online survey sebanyak 403 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian conclusive descriptive dan pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Uji penelitian ini menggunakan uji Structual Equal Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan CFA. Ditemukan bahwa information adequacy berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, interaction supportiveness berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, serta job engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment. Terdapat beberapa implikasi manajerial yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkak komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi.

Organizational commitment plays cruial role in determining whether employees will stay in the organization longer and actively work to achieve organizational goals. In increasing organizational growth both internally and externally, there are three important aspects; connection, communication and interaction. Communication and also the level of employee work interaction is very important for organizational growth. The impact on social distancing policies, making work practices has also been stored in a bold way to prevent the spread of Covid-19, it makes communication between employees and interactions at work different and will have an impact on organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the relationship between communication and work interactions that affect the organization. This research uses a quantitative approach. Where the data obtained from questionnaires distributed through online surveys were 403 respondents. This research is a descriptive study and the data processing used is descriptive analysis. This research test uses the Structual Equal Model (SEM) test with the CFA approach. It was found that the adequacy of information had a positive effect on organizational commitment, interaction support had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and work engagement had a positive effect on organizational commitment. There are several managerial implications that can be carried out by organizations to improve employee behavior towards the organization.
