Abstract

Penerapan green construction merupakan bagian dari pengembangan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang nantinya akan memberi manfaat lebih bagi industri bangunan, penghuni, dan masyarakat sekitar. Penerapan green construction proyek gedung di Indonesia sendiri masih jarang diterapkan. Banyak beranggapan kegiatan green construction dirasa sulit diterapkan dan membutuhkan upaya yang berbeda dari proses bangunan konvensional. Namun, dorongan untuk menerapkan green construction terus digencarkan guna meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan dan perusahaan ke arah yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek – aspek yang diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan perbaikan penerapan green construction proyek gedung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey kuesioner dengan pengukuran Skala Likert dan wawancara. Untuk metode survey kuesioner berdasarkan persepsi dari sisi owner, konsultan, dan kontraktor. Pertanyaan kueisioner terdiri dari faktor – faktor kriteria kesuksesan dalam penerapan green construction yang dikaitkan dengan pengukuran kepentingan atau signifikasinya, dan diperluas untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya. Sedangkan, pada tahap wawancara lebih difokuskan pada pihak pengembang atau kontraktor yang pernah dan/atau sedang terlibat langsung dalam proyek yang menerapkan green construction dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun. Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance – Performance Analysis (IPA) yang didalamnya terdapat gap analysis, dan quadrant analysis. Berdasakan analisa data, terdapat aspek – aspek yang diprioritaskan karena tingkat kinerja rendah. Untuk Kuadran I “Concentrate Here” diantaranya sumber daya keuangan memadai, adanya manajemen biaya yang optimal, dan ketepatan pemilihan kualitas material yang ramah lingkungan dan untuk Kuadran III “Low Priority” diantaranya adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja hijau selama proyek , perubahan kebiasaan tenaga kerja untuk menunjang konsep hijau, rutinitas pelatihan / edukasi keahlian terkait desain dan konstruksi green building, pengadaan yang berkaitan dengan konsep hijau terintegrasi, dan ketersediaan proyek percontohan green construction. Penelitian ini selanjutnya memberikan rekomendasi strategi masing – masing aspek untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari pengimplementasian green construction berdasarkan sudut pandang pelaku industri konstruksi. =============================================================================================== Green construction implementation which is part of sustainable construction development has more benefits for building industries, occupants, and public communities. The implementation of green construction building project is slow and still limited applied in Indonesia. Numerous opinions about green construction activities are difficult to implement and require different efforts from conventional building processes. However, motivation to apply green construction concept is continuously campaigned in order to improve environmental dan firm performance more positive as a long term. The aim of this study is to identify the aspects that have prioritized to get improvement for the implementation of green construction in building projects. This study that used survey methods by questionnaire with Likert Scale and interview. The questionnaire survey given to based on the perceptions of owner, consultants, and contractors. The questions contain the criteria success factors in implementation of green construction related to the measurement of its importance or significance and extended to evaluate its performance. Meanwhile, an interview is more focused on the developers or contractors who have been or are directly involved in green construction projects with minimal experience of 5 years. Data analysis methods used in this research are Importance – Performance Analysis which includes gap analysis, and quadrant analysis. Based on data analysis, there are aspects that are prioritized because low performance. For Quadrant I “Concentrate Here” such as adequate financial resources, optimal cost management, and exactness selection of eco-friendly quality materials and For Quadrant III “Low Priority” such as Existence of green performance evaluation system during the project, changes in labor habits to support green concepts, frequently training/education, procurement related to integrated green concept, and availability of green construction pilots,. Final result in this research to provide strategic recommendations for each aspects for improving the performance of adopting green construction based on perspective of construction industry execuntants
