Abstract

Perkembangan infratruktur disaat-saat ini sangatlah penting karena dengan adanya infrasrtuktur yang baik ekonomi suatu negara akan menigkat dan akan memberikan kehidupan yang labih baik bagi warganya. PT Poncoredjo sebagai salah satu perusahaan konstruksi yang ikut dalam melaksanakan perkembangan infrastruktur di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengerjakan proyek Preservasi Jalan dan Jembatan Kertosono-Kediri-Tulungagung-Jarakan. Proyek sepanjang 69 km ini tentunya memiliki potensi untuk menimbulkan risiko-risiko yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan proyek ini. Pada penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan memberikan saran aksi mitigasi terhadap risiko-risiko yang dapat terjadi pada proyek ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ISO 31000 untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko dan metode House of Risk (HOR) untuk memberikan saran aksi mitigasi yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan. Dari hasil identifikasi, terdapat 99 risiko yang relevan dari 350 risiko yang teridentifikasi. Lalu dari 99 risiko tersebut dilakukan penilaian dan pemetaan risiko. Didapatkan 82 risiko kategori low risk, 15 risiko kategori moderate risk, dan 2 risiko kategori high risk. Selanjutnya menggunakan metode HOR untuk Menyusun rencana mitigasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan risiko force majeure dan penambahan biaya akibat kesalahan metode kerja sebagai risiko yang paling signifikan. Selanjutnya dari hasil HOR tahap 2 didapatkan usulan mitigasi mempersiapkan fasilitas penanganan gangguan atau bencana alam dan perencanaan yang matang diawal untuk mengatasi risiko tersebut.

The development of infrastructure in these times is very important because with a good infrastructure the economy of a country will improve and will provide a better life for its citizens. PT Poncoredjo as one of the construction companies participating in carrying out infrastructure development in Indonesia is currently working on the Kertosono-Kediri-Tulungagung-Jarakan Road and Bridge Preservation project. This 69 km project certainly has the potential to pose risks that could hinder the implementation of this project. In this study, it aims to identify, evaluate, and advise mitigation actions against the risks that can occur in this project. This study used the ISO 31000 method to identify and evaluate risks and the House of Risk (HOR) method to advise on mitigation actions that companies can implement. From the results of identification, there are 99 relevant risks out of 350 identified risks. Then of the 99 risks are carried out risk assessment and mapping. Obtained 82 low risk category, 15 moderate risk category, and 2 high risk category. Next use the HOR method to draw up a mitigation plan. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the risk of force majeure and the increase in costs due to work method errors as the most significant risk. Furthermore, from the results of HOR phase 2, mitigation proposals were obtained to prepare facilities for handling disturbances or natural disasters and careful planning at the beginning to overcome these risks.
