Abstract

Perilaku karyawan yang baik dalam perusahaan dapat menguntungkan individu dalam kerja sama antar karyawan. Adapun perilaku karyawan yang dinilai buruk dan merugikan perusahaan. Perilaku kerja karyawan seperti itu disebut perilaku kerja kontraproduktif (Counterproductive Work Behavior). Menurut Harper (2012) bahwa 33% hingga 75% karyawan terlibat dalam perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Kondisi ini berhubungan dengan objek penelitian yaitu sales Informa, berdasarkan informasi dari narasumber selaku PIC dari sales Informa bahwa ditemukan masalah perilaku kerja kontraproduktif yang dilakukan oleh sales Informa salah satunya melakukan aktivitas yang bukan urusan kerjaan dan absenteeism. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh trait kepribadian dan stressor kerja terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan metode kuantitatif. Dimana data yang didapatkan dari kuisioner yang disebar melalui online survey sebanyak 34 responden di bidang Sales pada perusahaan Informa Furnishings cabang Royal Plaza Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode software SPSS dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa conscientiousness dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap munculnya perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Sedangkan agreeableness, neuroticism, kendala organisasi, dan konflik interpersonal tidak berpengaruh terhadap munculnya perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya maupun perusahaan yaitu menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar, menggunakan variabel lain yang jarang diteliti. ====================================================================================================== Good employee behavior in the company can benefit individuals in cooperation between employees. The behavior of employees is considered bad and detrimental to the company. Such employee work behavior is called counterproductive work behavior. According to Harper (2012) that 33% to 75% of employees engage in counterproductive work behavior. This condition is related to the object of research, namely Informa's sales, based on information from the informant as the PIC of Informa's sales that counterproductive work behavior problems were found by Informa's sales, one of which was non-work activities and absenteeism. This study was conducted to determine the significance of the influence of personality traits and work stressors on counterproductive work behavior. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Where the data obtained from questionnaires distributed through an online survey as many as 34 respondents in the Sales field at the Informa Furnishings company, Royal Plaza Surabaya branch. This research uses SPSS software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLSSEM). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that conscientiousness and workload affect the emergence of counterproductive work behavior. Meanwhile agreeableness, neuroticism, organizational constraints, and interpersonal conflict have no effect on the emergence of counterproductive work behavior. This study produces several suggestions for further research and companies, namely using a larger sample, using other variables that are rarely studied.
