Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan lingkup pekerjaan, waktu dan biaya tertentu sesuai perjanjian antara pemilik proyek (owner) dengan pelaksana (kontraktor). Tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu pembangunan proyek biasanya dilihat dari waktu penyelesaian yang singkat, dengan biaya minimal tanpa melupakan mutu dan kualitas dari hasil pekerjaan. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang percepatan durasi pada proyek dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) melalui dua alternatif, yaitu penambahan jam kerja, dan penambahan tenaga kerja/2 shifts. Selanjutnya, akan dilakukan optimasi jadwal proyek dengan simulasi probabilistik menggunakan metode Monte Carlo dengan input data berupa durasi minimum (durasi crash) dan durasi maksimum (durasi normal) pada setiap aktivitas proyek. Hasil dari analisis Tugas Akhir ini adalah, melalui penambahan jam kerja, didapatkan durasi optimal secara probabilistik yaitu selama 397 hari dengan biaya total sebesar Rp. 178.682.551.280,00, dan tingkat keyakinan sebesar 54,58%, sedangkan melalui penambahan tenaga kerja/2 shifts, didapatkan durasi optimal secara probabilistik yaitu selama 366 hari dengan biaya total sebesar Rp. 177.419. 331.248,00, dan tingkat keyakinan sebesar 52,8%.

The project is a series of activities carried out with a certain scope of work, time and cost according to the agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The parameters of the success of a project development are usually seen from the short completion time, with minimal costs without forgetting the quality of the work. This Final Project discusses time acceleration of the project using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method through two alternatives, increasing working hours, and adding workers/2 shifts. After that, optimization of the project schedule will be carried out with probabilistic simulations using the Monte Carlo method with input data in the form of minimum duration (crash duration) and maximum duration (normal duration) for each project activity. The result of this final project analysis is, by adding working hours, the optimal duration probabilistically is 397 days with a total cost of Rp. 178,682,551,280.00, and a confidence level of 54.58%, while through the addition of workers/2 shifts, the optimal duration probabilistically is 366 days with a total cost of Rp. 177,419. 331,248.00, and a confidence level of 52.8%.
