Abstract

PT Okejek Kreasi Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa transportasi online. PT Okejek Kreasi Indonesia masih belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan untuk mengukur dan mengontrol kinerja perusahaan. PT Okejek hanya melakukan evaluasi berdasarkan pendapatan yang didapatkan perusahaan dan penambahan jumlah order setiap bulan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada level perusahaan dan level departemen dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Metode BSC digunakan karena dapat mengukur kinerja perusahaan menggunakan 4 perspektif yaitu finansial, pelanggan, internal proses bisnis, dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. BSC dirancang menggunakan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sebagai indikator penilaian kinerja perusahaan. Pembobotan dilakukan pada KPI dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan besar kontribusi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil perancangan BSC didapatkan 18 KPI pada level perusahaan dan 37 KPI pada level departemen. Uji coba dilakukan pada level perusahaan dan level departemen dengan menggunakan scoring system dan traffic light system untuk menguji hasil perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja. Pada level perusahaan didapatkan skor pencapaian sebesar 0,625 yang menunjukkan warna indikator kuning. Sementara pada level departemen didapatkan 2 departemen dengan warna indikator kuning dan 4 departemen dengan warna indikator hijau.

PT Okejek Kreasi Indonesia is a company engaged in online transportation services. PT Okejek Kreasi Indonesia still does not have a performance measurement system used to measure and control the company's performance. PT Okejek only evaluates based on the company's income and the addition of the number of orders every month. Therefore, a performance measurement system was designed at the company level and departmental level using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. The BSC method is used because it can measure company performance using 4 perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. BSC is designed using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as an indicator of company performance assessment. The weighting is carried out on KPIs using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the contribution to the company's performance. The results of the BSC design obtained 18 KPIs at the company level and 37 KPIs at the departmental level. The trial was conducted at the company level and departmental level using a scoring system and a traffic light system to test the results of the performance measurement system design. At the company level, an achievement score of 0.625 is obtained which indicates the color of the yellow indicator. Meanwhile, at the departmental level, there are 2 departments with a yellow indicator color and 4 departments with a green indicator color.
