Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh isu efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi, banyak dijumpai perusahaan lokal dan global yang merestruktirisasi kegiatan bisnisnya untuk lebih fokus kepada bisnis inti (core business) nya dan mengalihdayakan bidang pekerjaan diluar bisnis inti kepada penyedia jasa outsourcing, bidang yang disubkontrakkan pun beraneka macam mulai dari cleaning service, security, sampai sales marketing dan bidang yang di alihdayakan berbeda-beda pada setiap organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah faktor dari locus of control, organizational commitment, dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan outsource di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 Karyawan outsorce di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui online kepada karyawan berisi tentang locus of control, organizational commitment, motivasi, dan kinerja. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability yaitu random sampling. Hal ini dapat mendukung tercapainya salah satu tujuan perusahaan yaitu menjawab tantangan global dimana perusahaan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas perusahaan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia perusahaannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya khususnya karyawan outsourcing. Dari sisi locus of control, locus of control internal karyawan outsourcing mendominasi selama karyawan bekerja. Selanjutnya pada sisi commitment organizational, komitmen afektif yang dirasakan karyawan selama bekerja. Pada sisi motivasi kerja, potensi diri yang dapat memotivasi karyawan dalam bekerja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. ====================================================================================================== This research is motivated by the issue of efficiency and aid organizations, many local and global companies found that restructuring their business activities to focus more on core business (core business) and outsource the field of foreign work, outsourcing assistance providers, subcontracted fields and a variety of types ranging from cleaning services, security, to sales marketing and the fields that are utilized vary by organization. The purpose of this study was to study whether the factors of locus of control, organizational commitment, and motivation affect the performance of outsourcing employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya. The sample used in this study was 124 Outsorce Employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya. Questionnaires to be issued to employees contain locus of control, organizational commitment, motivation, and performance. In analyzing the data of this study, using multiple linear regression analysis using Likert scale in processing research questionnaire data. This research uses quantitative. Data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection method used in this study is the probability of random sampling. This can support one of the company's objectives, namely to answer global challenges where the company is able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company in managing its human resources. The analysis showed that there was an increase in the performance of the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divre 5 Surabaya, especially outsourcing employees. In terms of locus of control, the internal locus of control of outsourcing employees dominates as long as employees work. Furthermore, on the organizational commitment side, the affective commitment felt by employees while working. On the motivation side of work, self potential that can motivate employees to work. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted.
