Abstract

Polutan Karbon Monoksida dan Nitrogen Dioksida yang dihasilkan dari limbah industri dan transportasi dapat menyebabkan pencemaran udara, termasuk di daerah Surabaya. Pencemaran udara menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit dan mengganggu manusia, hewan hingga tumbuhan. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dilakukan estimasi konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida dan Nitrogen Dioksida di Kota Surabaya.Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dibentuk model kendali optimalpenyebaran konsentrasi polutan Karbon Monoksida dan Nitrogen Dioksida dengan pemberian kendali berupa penghijauan untuk konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida dan kendali berupa pengurangan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi untuk konsentrasi Nitrogen Dioksida agar konsentrasinya dapat ditekan lebih rendah. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dijelaskan mengenai model penyebaran konsentrasi polutan dengan kendali, analisa sifat kestabilan dan keterkontrolan. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyelesaian masalah kendali optimal dengan metode Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin dan dilakukan simulasi numerik dengan metode Runge-Kutta orde 4 menggunakan bantuan software MATLAB. Hasil simulasi numerik dengan waktu akhir 45 hari menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi polutan yang diberikan kendali mengalami penurunan sebesar 100% untuk Karbon Monoksida dan Nitrogen Dioksida. ===================================================================================================== Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Dioxide pollutants that produced from industrial and transportation waste are causing air pollution, including in the Surabaya area. Air pollution causes a variety of diseases and interferes with humans, animals, and plants. In previous research, the concentration of Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Dioxide was estimated. Therefore, in this research researching optimal control model of the spread of Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Dioxide pollutan’s concentration. The control form are greening to reduce Carbon Monoxide’s concentrations and reduction of private vehicles use to reduce Nitrogen Dioxide’s concentrations, so that the concentration can be suppressed lower. In this Final Project, it is explained about the model of spreading pollutant concentrations with control, analysis of stability and controllability. Futhermore, optimal control problem solving using Pontryagin Minimum Principle method and numerical simulation with Runge-Kutta 4th order method using MATLAB software. Numerical simulation results in 45 days showed that the concentration of pollutants given control decreased by 100% for Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Dioxide.
