Abstract

Proyek pembangunan 6 (enam) ruas jalan tol dalam kota jakarta tahap 1 ruas semanan – sunter dan sunter – pulo gebang seksi A kelapa gading – pulo gebang merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk memajukan Indonesia terutama Jakarta dalam bidang transportasi yang mana bertujuan untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan menunjang akses lalu lintas di Jakarta utara. Proyek ini dilaksanakan oleh KSO PT. Jaya Konstruksi dan PT. Adhi Karya sebagai kontraktor, dan KSO PT. Jaya CM, PT. Virama Karya, PT. Cipta Strada sebagai konsultan. 6 (enam) Ruas Jalan Tol Dalam Kota Jakarta ini terdiri dari 6 ruas dan secara keseluruhan memiliki Panjang total 69,77 kilometer. Perhitungan estimasi waktu dan biaya ini meliputi berbagai macam pekerjaan yang dimulai dari pekerjaan struktur bawah dan struktur atas yaitu, Pembersihan lahan, pekerjaan Borepile, pekerjaan Pilecap, pekerjaan Kolom atau Pier, pekerjaan Pierhead, pekerjaan LRB (Lead Rubber Bearing), pekerjaan Erection Box Girder, pekerjaan expansion joint, dan pekerjaan Barrier. Agar mendapatkan perhitungan biaya, waktu, dan produktivitas yang tepat dan sesuai, digunakan HSPK Kota Jakarta sebagai acuan. Serta mengambil referensi dari berbagai literatur dan jurnal mengenai estimasi waktu dan biaya. Hasil dari Analisa tersebut yaitu durasi pada setiap pekerjaan dan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaa proyek. Pada Proyek pembangunan 6 (enam) ruas jalan tol dalam kota jakarta tahap 1 ruas semanan – sunter dan sunter – pulo gebang seksi A kelapa gading – pulo gebang (STA. 24+971.150 – STA. 25+812.307) ini diperoleh durasi ) pada pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan struktur atas dan bawah diselesaikan dalam waktu 572 Hari. Dengan asumsi bahwa hari sabtu masuk dan minggu libur dengan jam kerja normal, tanpa lembur yaitu 7 jam per hari. Dari pukul 08.00 – 16.00 dan 1 jam istirahat pada pukul 12.00 – 13.00. Total biaya pekerjaan tersebut sebesar Rp. 351.896.714.940 termasuk biaya K3 sebesar 2,5%. Dan PPN 10%. Pengendalian pelaksanaan proyek harus dilakukan dengan sebaik mungkin termasuk dalam penjadwalan kebutuhan sumber daya agar kedepannya tidak menimbulkan pembengkakan biaya dan keterlambatan proyek, tanpa mengabaikan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya ===================================================================================================== The construction project of 6 (six) sections of the Jakarta inner city toll road, phase 1, the Semanan – Sunter and Sunter – Pulo Gebang sections, section A, Kelapa Gading – Pulo Gebang is one of the government's efforts to advance Indonesia, especially Jakarta in the transportation sector, which aims to reduce congestion and reduce congestion. support traffic access in North Jakarta. As well as taking references from various literatures and journals regarding time and cost estimation. The results of the analysis are the duration of each job and the project implementation budget plan. In the construction project of 6 (six) sections of the Jakarta inner city toll road, phase 1, the semanan – sunter and sunter – pulo gebang sections, section A, Kelapa Gading – Pulo Gebang (STA. 24+971.150 – STA. 25+812,307) are obtained for the duration of the work. preparation, the work of the upper and lower structures was completed within 572 Days. Assuming that Saturdays still working and Sundays are day off with normal working hours, without overtime, which is 7 hours per day. From 08.00 – 16.00 and 1 hour break at 12.00 – 13.00. The total cost of the work is Rp. 351.896.714.940 including the OHS fee of 2.5%. and SDT 10%. Control of project implementation must be carried out as well as possible including scheduling resource requirements so that in the future it does not cause cost overruns and project delays, without neglecting the quality and quantity of resources.
