Abstract

Perkembangan modifikasi alat berat konstruksi mulai dilakukan saat ini di Indonesia. Pada pekerjaan penghamparan material lapis pondasi agregat, alat berat grader mulai dimodifikasi menjadi asphalt finisher. Dimana hal ini tidak sesuai dengan fungsi utama dari alat berat itu sendiri. Hal ini menjadi pertanyaan besar apakah penggunaan asphalt finisher dapat dikatakan efisien pada pekerjaan penghamparan material lapis pondasi agregat. Terdapat banyak studi kasus mengenai penggunaan asphalt finisher dalam pekerjaan penghamparan lapis pondasi agregat.
Analisa keefisienan penggunaan alat berat pada penghamparan material lapis pondasi agregat terutama pada asphalt finisher dilakukan dengan menghitung volume pekerjaan, menghitung produktivitas sumber daya (alat dan tenagakerja) pada pekerjaan lapis pondasi agregat. Dan menganalisa hal-hal apa saja yang dibutuhkan ada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan penghamparan lapis pondasi agregat dengan menggunakan asphalt finisher. Kemudian dari perhitungan – perhitungan tersebut akan diperoleh durasi dan penjadwalan pelaksanaan pekerjaan, perhitungan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan (RAP).
Dari perhitungan biaya dan waktu yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh durasi perkerjaan metode konvensional selama 32 hari kalender dan biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp. 204,310,656.00. Sedangkan pada pekerjaan metode modifikasi diperoleh durasi selama 20 hari kalender dan biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp. 206,302,780.83. Penyajian penjadwalan menggunakan kurva S pekerjaan, network planning, dan Microsoft Project.

The development of modification of heavy construction equipment is starting to be carried out at this time in Indonesia. In the work of laying the aggregate foundation layer material, the heavy equipment grader began to be modified into an asphalt finisher. Where this is not in accordance with the main function of the heavy equipment itself. This is a big question whether the use of an asphalt finisher can be said to be effective in the work of laying aggregate foundation material. There are many case studies regarding the use of asphalt finisher in the work of laying the aggregate foundation layer.
Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of heavy equipment on the laying of aggregate foundation material, especially on the asphalt finisher, is carried out by calculating the volume of work, calculating the productivity of resources (tools and labor) in the aggregate foundation layer work. And analyze what things are needed when carrying out the work of laying the aggregate foundation layer using an asphalt finisher. Then from these calculations, the duration and scheduling of the work will be obtained, the calculation of the implementation budget plan (RAP).
From the cost and time calculations that have been carried out, the conventional method work duration is 32 calendar days and the work cost is Rp. 204,310,656.00. While on the modified method work, the duration of the work is 20 calendar days and the work cost is Rp. 206,302,780.83. Scheduling presentation using the job S curve, network planning, and Microsoft Project.
