Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir yang berjudul Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Type B1 RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya ini menggunakan bangunan Gedung Type B1 RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie yang terletak di Jalan Tambak Rejo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Proyek ini dibangun oleh kontraktor utama PT. PP (Persero) Tbk yang terdiri dari 2 bangunan yaitu bangunan utama gedung rumah sakit dan bangunan parkiran dengan 8 lantai, 1 lantai dak atap dan 1 lantai dak atap lift pada bangunan utama, dan 8 lantai pada bangunan parkiran. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pihak pelaksana yaitu berupa gambar struktural, gambar arsitektur dan Rencana Kerja Syarat (RKS). Untuk tugas akhir ini bangunan yang ditinjau adalah bangunan utama gedung rumah sakit mulai lantai 1 sampai dengan lantai dak atap.
Pada tugas akhir ini, meninjau struktur atas yang meliputi kolom, balok, pelat, tangga, Linac dan Brachytherapy yang menggunakan metode pengecoran in-situ. Dalam perhitungan waktu ditentukan dengan menghitung volume pekerjaan, produktivitas, durasi, dan kebutuhan sumber daya pada tiap item pekerjaan. Perhitungan tersebut dihitung dengan meninjau analisa lapangan melalui survei langsung di lapangan, dan disesuaikan dengan metode pelaksanaan yang sesuai dan referensi dari literatur terkait. Sedangkan dalam perhitungan biaya meliputi harga material, upah pekerja, dan harga sewa alat berat yang dihitung menggunakan harga lapangan dan referensi di Surabaya. Sehingga diharapkan dengan penggunaan metode pelaksanaan yang tepat, akan menghasilkan perencanaan waktu dan biaya yang efektif dan efisien dalam pembangunan Gedung Type B1 RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya. Selanjutnya dalam penyusunan jadwal tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini diperoleh rekapitulasi perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksaaan, serta kurva S pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Type B1 RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya
Dari hasIl analisa, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 272 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 32,390,659,445.74.

The preparation of final project entitled Project Schedule and Budget Estimation of Type B1 Building RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya uses the Type B1 Building of RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie located on Jalan Tambak Rejo, Surabaya, East Java. This project was built by the main contractor PT. PP (Persero) Tbk, which consist of 2 parts of the building. That is the main building of the hospital with 8 main floors, 1 roof floor and 1 roof lift floor, and 8 floors in the parking building. Secondary data obtained from the implementing parties are in the form of strcutural drawings, architectural drawings and requirements work plans. For this final project, the building that will be reviewed is the main building of the hospital from the 1st floor to the roof lift floor.
In this final project, will review the upper structure which includes columns, beams, plates, stairs, linac and brachytherapy using in-situ casting method. Time calculation is determined by calculating volume, productivity, duration and resource requirements for each work item. Those calculation is calculated by reviewing the field analysis through a direct survey and adjusted to the appropiate implementaion method and references from the relevant literature. While the cost caltulation includes price of material, labor costs, and heavy equipment rental prices which are calculated based on the real prices and references in Surabaya. By using the right implementation method, it will produce time and cost effective planning. Furthermore, the preparation of the schedule for each work items is carried out with the help of Microsoft Project. The final result of this final project is a recapitulation of the calculation of schedule and cost, and the S curve for the Type B1 Building RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya.
From the analysis results, obtained the duration of work is 272 working days and the implementation cost is Rp Rp 32,390,659,445.74.
