Abstract
Proyek pembangunan gedung Mall Laviz Tower Pakuwon Trade Center terdiri dari 2 lantai mall dan 7 lantai podium. Proyek pembangunan berlokasi di jalan Mayjen Suwono No. 2, Babatan,
Kecamatan Wiyung, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60227 diatas luas bidang tanah sebesar 9.262 m2. Proyek akhir terapan ini akan membahas analisis perhitungan waktu dan rencana anggaran biaya
pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur beton pada proyek Mall Laviz Tower Pakuwon Trade Center. Metode yang digunakan adalah Work Breakdown Struktur (WBS) dengan Microsoft Project sebagai alat bantu untuk menghitung penjadwalan pelaksanaan
pada proyek ini. Berdasarkan perhitungan durasi, diperoleh 294 hari kerja sebagai waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek. Selain itu dari
hasil analisis biaya yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada proyek ini adalah sebesar Rp 64.304.049.412,13 atau terbilang enam puluh empat milyar tiga ratus empat juta empat puluh sembilan ribu empat ratus dua belas koma tiga belas.

The Laviz Tower Pakuwon Trade Center Mall building project consists of 2 mall floors and 7 podium floors. The construction project is located on Jalan Mayjen Suwono No. 2, Babatan, Wiyung District, Surabaya City, East Java 60227 on a land area of 9.262 m2. This applied final project will discuss the analysis of time calculations and budget plans for the implementation of concrete structure work on the Mall Laviz Tower Pakuwon Trade Center project. The method used is the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with Microsoft Project as a tool to calculate the implementation schedule for this project.Based on the calculation of the duration, it is obtained 294 working days for the implementation of project development. In addition, from the results of the cost analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the implementation cost for the concrete structure in this project is Rp 64.304.049.412,13.
