Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi dalam rangka menjamin terwujudnya keselamatan konstruksi. SMKK meliputi: Kepemimpinan dan Partisipasi Pekerja dalam Keselamatan Konstruksi, Perencanaan Keselamatan Konstruksi, Dukungan Keselamatan Konstruksi, Operasi Keselamatan Konstruksi, Evaluasi Kinerja Keselamatan Konstruksi dan Biaya Penerapan SMKK. Perencanaan Keselamatan Konstruksi meliputi identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, pengendalian risiko, sasaran dan program Keselamatan Konstruski, pemenuhan perundang-undangan. Dalam Proyek Akhir ini penulis merencanakan SMKK pada pekerjaan erection girder (girder erection) Ramp 4 Proyek Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Ruas Pekanbaru—Dumai Seksi 6IC STA 0+000-1+377.863 menggunakan launcher girder. Identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko yang merupakan penjabaran dari Perencanaan K3, penulis menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan proses mengidentifikasi bahaya yang dapat terjadi dalam aktivitas rutin maupun aktivitas tidak rutin pada suatu perusahaan, kemudian dilakukan penilaian risiko dari bahaya tersebut. Setelah semua perencanaan K3 usai, dihitung biaya penyelenggaraan SMKK. Diharapkan proyek akhir ini dapat membantu perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia lebih meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada pekerjaan erection girder dengan metode identifikasi bahaya dan penyebab bahaya yang lebih teliti, sehingga tingkat kecelakan kerja yang terjadi dapat ditekan. ================================================================================================ Construction Safety Management System is part of work implementation management system in order to ensure the realization of construction safety. Construction Safety Management System includes: Worker Leadership and Participation in Construction Safety, Construction Safety Planning, Construction Safety Support, Construction Safety Operations, Construction Safety Performance Evaluation and Cost of Implementing Construction Safety Management System. Construction Safety Planning includes hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, Construction Safety goals and programs, compliance with laws and regulations. In this final project, the author plans a Construction Safety Management System on the Ramp 4 girder erection work of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road Project Section 6IC STA 0+000-1+377,863 using a launcher girder. Hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control are the elaboration of OHS Planning, the authors use the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. HIRARC is the process of identifying hazards that can occur in routine and non-routine activities in a company, then conducting a risk assessment of these hazards. After all the OHS planning is complete, the cost of implementing the Construction Safety Management System is calculated. It is hoped that this final project can help construction service companies in Indonesia further increase awareness of occupational health and safety on erection girder work with a more thorough identification of hazards and causes of hazards, so that the level of work accidents that occur can be reduced.
