Abstract

Beton pracetak adalah elemen struktur bangunan berbahan beton yang diproduksi di suatu lokasi yang berbeda dengan tempat dimana elemen struktur tersebut akan digunakan. Seiring dengan perkembanganya, metode pracetak kini semakin banyak diaplikasikan dalam pembangunan gedung seperti rumah susun, mall, maupun apartemen. Dalam pelaksanaanya metode beton pracetak memiliki keunggulan dalam kecepatan pengerjaan dan kontrol kualitas beton. Gedung Apartemen Griya Tawang Surabaya dirancang menggunakan metode beton bertulang konvensional (cast in place) dengan ketinggian 10 lantai. Mengingat banyaknya kelebihan metode pracetak dibanding dengan metode konvensional, maka dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan modifikasi desain struktur gedung menggunakan metode beton bertulang pracetak (precast). Beton pracetak digunakan pada elemen balok dan pelat sedangkan pada kolom, dinding geser dan tangga menggunakan beton dengan cor ditempat. Pondasi gedung ini akan dirancang menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang. Gedung ini juga akan dirancang menggunakan Sistem Ganda dengan SRPMK dan Dinding Geser. Sambungan antar elemen pracetak yaitu untuk sambungan balok-kolom menggunakan konsol pendek, sambungan balok-balok menggunakan Dapped End, sambungan balok-pelat menggunakan selimut beton, sambungan pelat-pelat menggunakan panjang penyaluran. Hasil perencanaan pada modifikasi desain ini meliput tebal pelat 15 cm, balok induk 50/75 & 40/75, balok anak 30/50 & 40/60. ================================================================================================ Precast concrete is a building structural element made of concrete that is produced in a different location from the place where the structural element will be used. Along with its development, the precast method is now increasingly being applied in the construction of buildings such as flats, malls, and apartments. In practice, the precast concrete method has advantages in speed of work and control of concrete quality. The Griya Tawang Surabaya Apartment building was designed using the conventional reinforced concrete method (cast in place) with a height of 10 floors. Given the many advantages of the precast method compared to the conventional method, in this final project a modification of the building structure design using the precast reinforced concrete method is carried out. Precast concrete is used for beam and slab elements, while for columns, shear walls, and stairs, cast-in-place concrete is used. The foundation of this building will be designed using a pile foundation. This building will also be designed using a Dual System with SRPMK and Shear Wall. Connections between precast elements are for beam-column connection using short console, beam-beam connection using Dapped End, beam-slab connection using concrete blanket, plate-slab connection using wet distribution length. The results of the design on this design modification include 15 cm thick slab, 50/75 & 40/75 main beams, 30/50 & 40/60 child beams
