Abstract

mode shape model setengah sayap pesawat N219.
GVT (Ground Vibration Test). Dimana setelah memperoleh hasil GVT yang
berdasarkan data simulasi awal, data ini kemudian dijadikan data verifikasi untik
digunakan update data terbaru.
=====================================================================================================
The N219 aircraft is an aircraft produced by PT. Dirgantara Indonesia which
is currently undergoing the certification process to go to the manufacturing process.
The certification process requires various kinds of tests to ensure that the N219 aircraft
is feasible and capable of flying in accordance with the mission for which it was
designed. Therefore, topics related to the N219 aircraft are interesting topics to be
researched. Flutter is a phenomenon of instability that occurs in a structure that is
influenced by the mass structure and aerodynamic factors. In the aircraft design
process, efforts are made to minimize the occurrence of flutter. Flutter that occurs on
an airplane can harm the aircraft and the passengers on board.
In this study, we will discuss the N219 half wing modeling simulation to predict the
flutter phenomenon on the wing. This simulation is done with the help of MSC
software. Nastran and FEMAP. MSC software. Nastran is used to input the half wing
model and solver settings to be simulated. The chosen solvers are SOL 103 and SOL
145. SOL 103 is used to determine the shape mode or vibration mode on the half wing
model, while SOL 145 is used to determine the estimated speed, damping, and flutter
frequency. FEMAP software is used to display a visual image of the N219 half-wing
model shape mode.
The simulation results will be used as a reference to be verified with GVT (Ground
Vibration Test) data. Where after obtaining the GVT results based on the initial
simulation data, this data is then used as verification data to use the latest data updates.
Furthermore, the verification data is re-entered for simulation using the latest data, so
that this latest data can be validated by the results of the flight test.
