Abstract

Kerja praktik merupakan salah satu kurikulum wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa S-1 Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil, Perencanaan, dan Kebumian Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya dalam rangka memberikan wawasan dan pengalaman praktis mengenai pekerjaan konstruksi kepada mahasiswa. Melalui Kerja Praktik, diharapkan mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Sipil ITS dapat menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman lebih dalam dunia kerja teknik sipil, sekaligus dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam bentuk nyata di lapangan. Dengan melihat langsung implementasi di lapangan, maka mahasiswa dapat mengetahui dan memahami permasalahan yang dihadapi beserta solusinya. Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Sidan, Kabupaten Badung, Bangli, dan Gianyar. Rencana Pembangunan Bendungan Sidan adalah salah satu kegiatan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden No. 56 Tahun 2018. Provinsi Bali mengalami Laju Pertumbuhan Penduduk (LPP) yang begitu besar sekitar 2,15% dan rata-rata di Kawasan Bali Selatan bisa mencapai ±4%. Kondisi tersebut secara tidak langsung berdampak dengan kebutuhan akan air baku dan pembuatan tampungan air seperti bendungan bisa menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Saat kegiatan Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan, pembangunan yang sedang dilaksanakan adalah paket 1 yang mencakup pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan jalan akses dan jalan inspeksi, pekerjaan terowongan pengelak, pekerjaan bendungan utama, pekerjaan bangunan pelimpah, pekerjaan bangunan pengambilan, dan pekerjaan hidromekanikal, pekerjaan bangunan fasilitas, dan pekerjaan lain-lain. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktik, pekerjaan yang diamati adalah pekerjaan hidromekanikal, yakni proses pembangunan galeri di outlet terowongan pengelak. ================================================================================================ Practical work is one of the mandatory curricular that must be taken by undergraduate students of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Planning, and Geo Engineering, Istitut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya in order to provide students with insight and practical experience regarding construction work. Through practical work, it is hoped that students of the ITS Civil Engineering Department can add more knowledge and experience in the world of civil engineering work, as well as be able to apply it in a real form in the field. By looking directly at the implementation in the field, students can know and understand the problems they face and their solutions. Practical work was carried out in the Sidan Dam Development Project, Badung, Bangli, and Gianyar Regencies. The Sidan Dam Development Plan is one of the activities of the National Strategic Project (PSN) in accordance with Presidential Regulation no. 56 of 2018. The Province of Bali experienced a very large Population Growth Rate (LPP) of around 2.15% and the average in the South Bali Region could reach ±4%. This condition indirectly has an impact on the need for raw water and the construction of water reservoirs such as dams can be one solution to solve these problems. When the Practical Work activity was carried out, the construction being carried out was package 1 which included preparatory work, access road and inspection road, tunnel evasion, main dam, spillway construction, take-up construction, hydromechanical, facility construction, and etc. In the implementation of practical work, the work observed was hydromechanical, namely the process of building a gallery at the outlet of the evasive tunnel.
