Abstract

Limbah fly ash dan bottom ash merupakan limbah dari pembakaran batu bara. Pemanfaatan limbah tersebut pada infrastruktur jalan juga merupakan inovasi yang baru sebagai alternatif pengganti material pembuatan beton dan ramah lingkungan.
Dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini untuk mengetahui analisa metode pelaksanaan, perbandingan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan menggunakan beton faba polimer dan beton konvensional pada proyek konstruksi perkerasan kaku di Jalan Akses menuju TPA Berahan Kulon, Kecamatan Wedung, Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah.
Dari hasil analisa perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan konstruksi perkerasan kaku menggunakan beton FABA Polimer didapatkan total biaya sebesar Rp. 20,423,533,441.64 dengan waktu pelaksanaan 126 hari, sedangkan biaya dan waktu menggunakan beton konvensional didapapatkan biaya sebesar Rp. 23,098,763,032.81 dengan waktu pelaksanaan 116 hari.

Fly ash and bottom ash are waste from coal combustion. Utilization of this waste in road infrastructure is also a new innovation as an alternative to concrete and environmentally friendly materials.
In the preparation of this final project to determine the analysis of implementation methods, comparison of costs and implementation time using polymer faba concrete and conventional concrete in rigid pavement construction projects on the Access Road to the Berahan Kulons, Wedung District, Demak Regency, Central Java.
From the analysis of the cost calculation and implementation time of rigid pavement construction using FABA Polymer concrete, the total cost is Rp. 20,423,533,441.64 with an implementation time of 126 days, while the cost and time of using conventional concrete is Rp. 23,098,763,032.81 with execution time of 116 days.
