Abstract

Proyek konstruksi salah satu kegiatan yang dapat mengundang banyak unsur bahaya dan risiko. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat kecelakaan kerja didunia konstruksi Indonesia masih memperoleh angka cukup tinggi. Dengan kondisi tersebut mencerminkan perusahaan konstruksi Indonesia belum sepenuhnya menerapkan adanya K3.
Pada proyek akhir ini penulis menggunakan Proyek Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran UPN Veteran Jakarta Selatan yang berada di Jalan Limo Raya, Kecamatan Limo, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Gedung ini dibangun oleh PT. Ardi Tekindo Perkasa dengan total delapan lantai dengan rincian satu atap dak beton dan atap rangka baja.
Identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko menggunakan Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 10 Tahun 2021. Proses mengidentifikasi bahaya yang ada di area kerja, melakukan penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian bahaya agar dapat diminimalisir tingkat risiko yang bertujuan mewujudkan zero accident dalam dunia konstruksi. Setelah melakukan perencanaan K3 dilanjutkan dengan menghitung biaya SMK3 pada Proyek Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran UPN Veteran Jakarta sebesar Rp 395.133.810,49.

Construction project is one of the activities that can invite many factor of danger and risk. This is indicated by the level of work accidents in the Indonesian construction field which is still quite high. This condition reflects that Indonesian construction companies have not fully implemented Health and Safety Environment.
In this final project, the author uses the South Jakarta UPN Veteran Medical Faculty Building Project which is located on Jalan Limo Raya, Kecamatan Limo, Depok City, West Java. This building was built by PT. Ardi Tekindo Perkasa with a total of eight floors with details of one concrete roof.
Hazard identification, risk assessments and risk control using the Permen PUPR No. 10 . Process of identifying hazards in the work area, conducting risk assessments, and controlling hazards so that the level of risk can be minimized which aims to create zero accidents in the construction world. After doing the HSE planning, it is continued by calculating the cost of Occupational safety and health management system on the Faculty of Medicine Building Project UPN Veterans Jakarta worth of Rp 395.133.810,49.
