Abstract
Kejadian Covid-19 seiring berjalannya waktu di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia telah mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi beberapa instansi pendidikan untuk menerapkan kebijakan baru yang semula pendidikan dilaksanakan secara full daring atau full online mulai mencoba secara perlahan beralih ke hybrid learning. Hybrid learning merupakan sistem pembelajaran gabungan yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran offline dengan pembelajaran online menggunakan teknologi yang bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa atau siswa untuk berkembang yang didukung pertemuan tatap muka agar lebih maksimal. Salah satu instansi pendidikan yang mulai menerapkan hybrid learning adalah Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) di mana pemberlakuan penerapan tersebut dimulai sejak September tahun 2021 pada 39 program studi sarjana (S1) dan sarjana terapan (D4) yang diberlakukan khusus untuk mahasiswa angkatan 2020 dan 2021. Sebagai sistem pembelajaran yang baru diterapkan, hybrid learning memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut sehingga untuk mengevaluasi hal tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, tanggapan mahasiswa, serta aspek dan indikator yang memerlukan perhatian lebih yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis sentimen, Importance Performance Analysis, dan indeks kepuasan agar dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi oleh pihak ITS dalam merumuskan pelaksanaan program hybrid learning ke depannya. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa pada penerapan hybrid offline adalah sangat puas, sedangkan pada hybrid online hanya puas yang diimbangi dengan sentimen positif pada penerapan hybrid offline lebih banyak dibandingkan hybrid online. Indikator koneksi internet (Wifi) yang digunakan ITS untuk mendukung proses perkuliahan pada aspek media pembelajaran menjadi prioritas utama yang memerlukan perhatian lebih serta peningkatan kualitas pada penerapan hybrid secara offline dan online.

The number of cases of Covid-19 from time to time in several regions in Indonesia has decreased. This has influenced several educational institutions to implement new policies that were initially carried out full-online or offline, starting to switch to hybrid learning slowly. Hybrid learning is a combined learning system that integrates offline learning with online learning using technology that aims to help college students or students develop, which is supported by face-to-face meetings to make them more optimal. One of the educational institutions that have started to implement hybrid learning is the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), where the application will begin in September 2021 for 39 undergraduate (S1) and applied undergraduate (D4) study programs that are used explicitly to students in the class of 2020 and 2021. As a newly implemented learning system, hybrid learning requires further evaluation, so to evaluate this system, the research was conducted to see the level of student satisfaction, student responses, aspects, and indicators that need more attention, which is analyzed using the sentiment analysis method, Importance Performance Analysis, and satisfaction index so that it can be used as a reference by ITS in formulating the implementation of hybrid learning programs in the future. The research that has been done shows that the level of student satisfaction in the application of hybrid offline is very satisfied and hybrid online just satisfied. The internet connection indicator (Wifi) used by ITS to support the lecture process on aspects of learning methods is a main priority that requires more attention and quality improvement in offline and online hybrid applications.
