Abstract
Dalam rangka untuk mendukung dan memudahkan pengerjaan tugas besar mata kuliah di Jurusan Teknik Industri ITS, khususnya mata kuliah Otomasi Industri, dirasa perlu untuk menentukan standar dari prototype yang dibuat. Selama ini pengerjaan Tugas Besar mata kuliah tersebut sangat bervariasi, mulai dari variasi ukuran prototype sampai biaya yang dikeluarkan. Untuk membantu mahasiswa, asisten mata kuliah dan dosen pengajar maka diraneanglah Prototype Rangka Standar untuk Tugas Besar mata kuliah Otomasi Industri tersebut. Perancangan dilakukan berdasarkan voice of customer dari para mahasiswa dan asisten mata kuliah tersebut. Dengan bantuan pendekatan metode QFD maka Prototype Rangka Standar berhasil dibuat

In order to support and facilitate the work on major course assignments in the ITS Industrial Engineering Department, especially the Industrial Automation course, it is deemed necessary to determine the standards for the prototypes being made. So far, the work on the major assignments for this course has varied greatly, starting from variations in prototype size to the costs incurred. To help students, course assistants and teaching lecturers, a Standard Framework Prototype was designed for the Major Assignment for the Industrial Automation course. The design was carried out based on the voice of customers from the students and course assistants. With the help of the QFD method approach, the Standard Frame Prototype was successfully created
