Abstract
Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam bersaing dapat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia perusahaan tersebut. Karyawan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap perusahaan ditunjukkan dengan loyalitas, dedikasi, dan kesetiaan terhadap organisasi tempat bekerja. Penelitian ini mengambil PT Rekaindo Global Jasa sebagai studi kasus. PT Rekaindo Global Jasa atau biasa disebut REKA merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang support komponen kereta api yang sebagian besar hasil produksinya adalah untuk mendukung proses produksi kereta api PT INKA dan anak perusahaan terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh happiness at work dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational commitment karyawan perusahaan dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dihasilkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Kuesioner ditujukan kepada karyawan REKA dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Jumlah data sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat 205 responden. Data kuesioner penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika happiness at work dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Selain itu, work engagement memediasi hubungan antara happiness at work dan organizational commitment serta antara job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada implikasi teoritis, di mana terdapat temuan baru bahwa work engagement dapat berperan sebagai mediasi antara happiness at work dan organizational commitment.

The success of a company in competing can be determined by the quality of the company's human resources. Employees who have a high commitment to the company are shown by loyalty, dedication, and loyalty to the organization where they work. This research takes PT Rekaindo Global Jasa as a case study. PT Rekaindo Global Jasa or commonly called REKA is a manufacturing company engaged in the support of train components, most of which are produced to support the train production process of PT INKA and related subsidiaries. This study aims to determine the effect of happiness at work and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of company employees with work engagement as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative study with primary data generated through online questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire was addressed to REKA employees using saturated sampling technique. The amount of sample data used in this study was 205 respondents. The research questionnaire data analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through SmartPLS software. The results showed that happiness at work and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, work engagement mediates the relationship between happiness at work and organizational commitment and between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research contributes to the theoretical implications, where there are new findings that work engagement can mediates between happiness at work and organizational commitment.
