Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dosen, kepemimpinan kepala departemen, budaya organisasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja dosen di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi distribusi jabatan fungsional dosen di 10 departemen ITS dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023, serta menilai kinerja dosen dalam pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi: pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Populasi penelitian mencakup 435 dosen, dengan 150 dosen dipilih sebagai sampel melalui metode Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-6. Proses penelitian meliputi uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, analisis outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dosen, kepemimpinan kepala departemen, budaya organisasi, dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, meskipun pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala departemen tidak signifikan. Secara rinci, kompetensi dosen memiliki koefisien 0,252; T-statistik 3,409; dan P-value 0,001, menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kepemimpinan kepala departemen memiliki koefisien 0,046; T-statistik 0,393; dan P-value 0,694, menunjukkan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Budaya organisasi memiliki koefisien 0,216; T-statistik 1,979; dan P-value 0,048, menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Beban kerja memiliki koefisien 0,469; T-statistik 6,973; dan P-value 0,000, menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

This study aims to analyze the impact of lecturer competence, department head leadership, organizational culture, and workload on lecturer performance at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. It evaluates the distribution of functional positions of lecturers in 10 ITS departments from 2020 to 2023, and assesses lecturer performance in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education: education, research, and community service. The study population includes 435 lecturers, with 150 lecturers selected as a sample using the Stratified Random Sampling method. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6. The research process includes reliability testing, validity testing, outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The analysis results show that lecturer competence, department head leadership, organizational culture, and workload have a positive impact on lecturer performance, although the impact of department head leadership is not significant. Specifically, lecturer competence has a coefficient of 0.252, a T-statistic of 3.409, and a P-value of 0.001, indicating a positive and significant impact. Department head leadership has a coefficient of 0.046, a T-statistic of 0.393, and a P-value of 0.694, indicating a positive but insignificant impact. Organizational culture has a coefficient of 0.216, a T-statistic of 1.979, and a P-value of 0.048, indicating a positive and significant impact. Workload has a coefficient of 0.469, a T-statistic of 6.973, and a P-value of 0.000, indicating a positive and significant impact.
