Abstract
Pemilihan metode pelaksanaan dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat sangat berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan. Proyek Gedung Hotel Manohara Yogyakarta yang terletak di Jalan Affandi, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, yang memiliki 9 lantai menggunakan metode konvensional dengan pelaksanaan pengecorannya Cast in Situ. Dampak negatif penggunaan metode konvensional antara lain waktu konstruksi yang lama. Tugas akhir ini meninjau metode half slab sebagai alternatif solusi terhadap dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat menggunakan metode konvensional dengan cara membandingkan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan (RAP) dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Tinjauan metode half slab pada lantai-lantai tipikal yang terdapat mulai lantai empat hingga lantai atap Gedung Hotel Manohara Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menyatakan metode half slab dengan ketebalan 80 mm dan topping 40 mm membutuhkan biaya pelaksanaan senilai Rp17.986.466.303 dengan durasi pelaksanaan selama 319 hari. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan pelat konvensional membutuhkan biaya lebih murah Rp182.384.924 dengan total biaya pelaksanaan senilai Rp17.804.081.379 namun dengan durasi pelaksanaan yang lebih lama 36 hari yaitu selama 355 hari dibandingkan dengan metode half slab. Dengan demikian metode konvensional lebih menguntungkan daripada metode half slab kendatipun durasi pelaksanaan half slab lebih efisien.

The choice of implementation method in the construction of high-rise buildings is very influential on the use of costs and implementation time. The Manohara Yogyakarta Hotel Building Project which is located on Affandi Street, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which has 9 floors using the conventional method with Cast in Situ casting. The negative impact of using conventional methods is the long construction time. This final project reviews the half slab method as an alternative solution to the impacts caused by using the conventional method by comparing the implementation cost budget plan (RAP) and project implementation time. A review of the half slab method on typical floors from the fourth floor to the roof floor of the Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta Building. The results of the analysis stated that the half slab method with a thickness of 80 mm and a topping of 40 mm required an implementation cost of Rp. 17,986,466,303 with a duration of 319 days. Meanwhile, using conventional slabs requires a cheaper cost of Rp. 182,384,924 with a total implementation cost of Rp. 17,804,081,379 but with a longer duration of 36 days, which is 355 days compared to the half slab method. Thus the conventional method is more profitable than the half slab method even though the duration of the half slab implementation is more efficient.
