Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze marketing strategies that can be implemented by Craun Dental Solution to improve performance and competitiveness in the dental care industry. The methods used in this study include SWOT analysis, QSPM, and STP to formulate effective strategies. The results of the study indicate that two main strategies that can be implemented are Launching a Referral Program and Offering Free Initial Consultation. The first strategy, a referral program, is designed to harness the power of word-of-mouth promotion by providing incentives to patients who successfully recommend services to others. Meanwhile, the second strategy, offering free initial consultation, aims to reduce barriers for new patients in choosing dental health services. By implementing these two strategies, Craun Dental Solution is expected to increase patient acquisition, strengthen customer loyalty, and ultimately improve the clinic's growth and reputation in the market. This study provides valuable insights for management in formulating and implementing more effective marketing strategies.
