Abstract
Penelitian tentang “Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Website Jurnal Online menggunakan Metode Webqual (Studi Kasus Buletin Penelitian Sistem Kesehatan)” merupakan penelitian yang memfokuskan pada penilaian tampilan website dilihat dari persepsi pengguna akhir (end user). Persepsi tersebut digambarkan melalui hubungan atau pengaruh antara kualitas layanan website dengan tingkat intensitas dan kepuasan pengguna jurnal online. Hubungan tersebut nantinya mewakili pemanfaatan penggunaan website jurnal online sehingga para pengambil kebijakan dapat mengoptimalkan layanan website tersebut sebagai sarana yang mendukung proses penyebarluasan hasil-hasil penelitian.
Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur hubungan atau pengaruh antara kualitas layanan website dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna jurnal online, dalam hal ini pengukuran tingkat kepuasan menggunakan chi square, sedangkan pengukuran tingkat intensitas pengguna menggunakan SEM (structural equation model). Untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website jurnal online di Buletin Penelitian Sistem Kesehatan menggunakan teori WebQual yang merupakan teknik atau skala pengukuran kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir (end user).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna jurnal online BPSK dipengaruhi oleh kualitas website terutama dibagian kualitas informasi. Kualitas informasi merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh dalam memberikan rasa puas bagi penggunanya. Pengelolaan informasi masih perlu ditingkatkan agar bisa mendapatkan kualitas informasi yang terbaik seperti yang diharapkan pengguna, sehingga bisa menambah rasa puas dihati mereka.

Research on "Analysis User Satisfaction Online Journal Website with Webqual Method (Case Study of Bulletin Health System Research)" is a research that focuses on the assessment of website appearance seen from end user perception (end user). The perception is illustrated by the relationship between the quality of services or the influence of a website with the level of intensity and user satisfaction of online journals. The relationship will represent the utilization of an online journal website usage so that policy makers can optimize the website as a means of supporting the dissemination of research results.
The method used in this research is quantitative method to measure or influence the relationship between service quality websites with user satisfaction level of online journals, in this case the measurement of the level of satisfaction using chi square, whereas the measurement of the intensity level using SEM (structural equation model). To evaluate the quality of online journal websites in Health Systems Research Bulletin use WebQual theory which is a technique or measurement scale of website quality based on end user perception (end user).
The results of this study indicate that user satisfaction online journal BPSK influenced by the quality of the website, especially the quality of information. Quality of information is the most influential factor in providing a sense of satisfaction for its users. Information management needs to be improved in order to get the best information quality as expected users, so they can add a sense of satisfaction of their hearts.
