Abstract
Kabupaten Ponorogo terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian antara 92 sampai dengan 2.563 meter diatas permukaan laut, dan memiliki luas wilayah 1.371,78 km2. Meningkatnya perekonomian di Kabupaten Ponorogo mengakibat terpicunya pembangunan infrastruktur, salah satunya adalah pembangunan Waduk Bendo yang berfungsi untuk mengembangkan daerah Ponorogo yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan sumber daya air, guna memenuhi berbagai keperluan masyarakat seperti penyediaan air irigasi, air baku domestik dan industri serta pengendalian banjir.
Owner dari proyek Waduk Bendo Ponorogo ini adalah Kementrian PU Dirjen SDA BBWS Bengawan Solo. Pihak kontraktor dalam kegiatannya hanya mengandalkan gambar teknis dari owner dan dokumen metode pelaksanaan.
Bendung pengelak (cofferdam) terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan yaitu pekerjaan pemetaan, pekerjaan cofferdam sementara (8643,92 m3), pekerjaan pembersihan (3600,06 m3), pekerjaan pengupasan (3600,06 m3), pekerjaan galian tanah (28369,13 m3), pekerjaan galian batu (66194 m3), pekerjaan cut off wall (150 m3), pekerjaan galian material timbunan, pekerjaan timbunan inti zona 1 (37660.66 m3), pekerjaan timbunan random zona 3 (49232,16 m3), pekerjaan timbunan batu zona 4 (99816 m3), pekerjaan timbunan rip-rap (13868,89 m3).
Pekerjaan cofferdam membutuhkan alat berat antara lain excavator, bulldozer, dumptruck, sheepfoot roller, vibrator roller, rig bore pile, watertank truck, motor grader, batching plan, dan mixer truck dan membutuhkan waktu pekerjaan selama 196.3 hari kerja.

Ponorogo Regency is located in East Java Province, with an altitude of 92 to 2,563 meters above sea level, and has an area of 1,371.78 km2. The increasing of economy in Ponorogo regency is caused by the development of infrastructure, one of which is the development of Bendo Reservoir that serves to develop the Ponorogo area related to the development of water resources, to meet various needs of the community such as the provision of irrigation water, domestic and industrial water and the environment.
The owner of the Bendo Ponorogo Dam project is the Ministry of Public Works of the Director General of Natural Resources BBWS Bengawan Solo. Contractors in their activities rely solely on the technical drawings of owners and documents.
The Upstream Cofferdam construction works are divided into: Mapping (survey), Temporary Cofferdam (8643,92 m3), Clearing Jobs (3600,06 m3), Grubbing Jobs (3600,06 m3), Soil Excavation Work (28369,13 m3), Rock Excavation Work (66194 m3), Cut Off Wall Work (150 m3), Excavation Of Pile Material Work, Core Pile Work zone 1 (37660.66 m3), Random Pile Work zone 3 (49232,16 m3), Rock Pile zone 4 (99816 m3), Rip-Rap Pile Work Zone 5 (13868,89 m3).
The Upstream Cofferdam needs Heavy Equipment likes excavator, bulldozer, dumptruck, sheepfoot roller, vibrator roller, rig bore pile, watertank truck, motor grader, batching plan, dan mixer truck and takes work time over 196.3 work days.
