Abstract
Kawasan Gatot Subroto ditetapkan sebagai Bagian
Wilayah Kota Pusat dengan kegiatan perdagangan dan jasa yang
mengakibatkan jumlah pengunjung di areal tersebut dari tahun ke
tahun mengalami peningkatan, hal ini menyebabkan tidak
sebandingnya dengan peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan yang ada
seperti fasilitas pejalan kaki dan fasilitas parkir. Sehingga
kenyamanan pengunjung yang memanfaatkan kedua ruang
tersebut tidak nyaman lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui kebutuhan ruang parkir,tingkat pelayanan ruang
parkir yang ada di Gatot Subroto dan tingkat pelayanan pejalan
kaki. Pelaksanaan parkir juga perlu untuk mendukung keamanan
dan ketertiban lalu lintas. Sehinnga untuk menyelesaikan
permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan evaluasi tentang
pelayanan (level of service) pertumbuhan pengunjung untuk
tahun-tahun berikutnya.
Dalam penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan tiga tahap survey
yaitu survey pejalan kaki, survey jumlah pejalan kaki dan durasi
parkir untuk sepeda motor. Survey ini dilaksanakan di kawasan
Gatot Subroto dengan mengambil dua titik yang dapat mewakili
keadaan sebenarnya di kawasan tersebut. Kedua titik tersebut
adalah di depan Toko Ria dan Toko Busana. Untuk survey
pejalan kaki akan diperoleh yaitu arus pejalan kaki, dimana
parameter tersebut digunakan untuk memperoleh Level of Service
yang terdapat pada High Capacity Manual Amerika, apakah Level
of Service yang diperoleh berada pada A,B.C,D,E atau
F.Sedangkan untuk survey parkir diharapkan mendapatkan
parameter utama yaitu indeks parkir, dimana parameter tersebut
akan digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan dari ruang parkir
tersebut.
Adapun kebutuhan lebar ruang pejalan kaki pada tahun
2017 yang diperlukan untuk memperoleh nilai berada pada LOS
B adalah Toko Ria, Sisi Utara 0.83 m, Sisi Selatan 2.98 m, Toko
Busana Sisi Utara 1.64 m, Sisi Selatan 3.12 m. Dari hasil analisa
perhitungan maka jumlah penguna ruang pejalan kaki pada tahun
2017 di tap titik pengamtan adalah titik Pengamatan Toko Ria
Sisi Utara 276 orang, Sisi Selatan 983 orang, Titik Pengamatan

ntuk ruang parkir pada kondisi ekisting sudah berada pada
kondisi yang buruk. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dari nilai indeks
parkir lebih besar dari 1 , Dapat dilihat di lokasi Toko Ria indeks
parkirnya sebesar 1.16 dan di Toko Busana 1.27.Dan solusinya
adalah dengan memindahkan tempat parkir sepeda motor ke
tempat parkir off street dan memanfaatkan ruang yang tersedia
untuk tambahan fasilitas pendestrian dan fasilitas jalur pejalan
sepeda. Dan Kebutuhan SRP total di Jalan Gatot Subroto 1506
SRP. =========== Gatot Subroto region appointed as a part of the City Centre
with trading activities and services caused the number of visitors
in the area increase steadily. The visitor enhancement is not equal
to the enhancement of existing service facilities such as
pedestrian and parking area. So that visitors who use the facilities
feel uncomfortable anymore. The purpose of this final project is
to determine the need of the parking area, the service level of
existing parking area at Gatot Subroto and pedestrian service
level. Implementation parking is also necessary to support the
traffic safety and traffic order so that to resolve these problems, it
needs to be evaluated on the service (level of service) visitor
growth for the next years.
In this final project will be implemented with three suvey
process : the pedestrian survey, the number of pedestrian survey
and the duration of parking for motorcycles. This survey was

epresent the real condition in the region. The two points are in
front of Ria store and clothing store. For pedestrian survey is
obtained by the number of pedestrians, where the parameter is
used to obtain the Level of Service in American High Capacity
Manual whether the level of service obtained at A, BC, D, E or F,
whereas for parking survey is expected to get a main parameter that is a parking index which the parameter will be used to
determine the worthiness of the parking area.
The need of the pedestrian width in 2017 required to obtain
the value at LOS B is Ria Store, 0.83 m north Side, 2.98 m South
Side, 1.64 m North Side Clothing store, 3:12 m south side. From
the analysis of the calculation, the number of pedestrian area
users in 2017 at the tap point is the point of observation Ria store
north side are 276 people. South side are 983 people ,
Observation Point of the clothing store are 540 people of the
north side and 1030 people of the south side. For parking area, the
eksisting condition is already on bad condition. It is shown from
the parking index value greater than 1, it can be looked that the
location of the index parking Ria store is 1,16 and clothing store
is 1.27. And the solution is to move the motorcycle parking to off
street parking area and to utilize of the available space for
additional pedestrian facilities and bicycle facilities. And total
SRP need in Gatot Subroto street is 1506 SRP.
