Abstract
Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Jangkar terletak di kecamatan Asembagus, 35 km arah timur kota Situbondo. Pada perencanaannya Proyek pembangunan pelabuhan ini, diperuntukan untuk menggantikan bangunan yang telah berusia dan memiliki kapasitas yang kecil. Selain itu, pembangunan pelabuhan ini diharapkan mampu mendukung perekonomian daerah. Dalam menentukan jadwal dan lintasan kritis nantinya menggunakan aplikasi “Network Planning” dan “Microsoft Project”. Untuk perhitungannya mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.28/PRT/M/2016 tentang Pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum.
Berdasarkan analisis dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan proyek trestle dan area parkir Pelabuhan Jangkar berdurasi 181 hari, dimulai pada 26 Maret 2018 hingga 22 Oktober 2018 dengan biaya Rp 12.282.430.330,70.

Jangkar Crossing Port is located in Asembagus sub-district, 35 km east of Situbondo city. In the planning of this port development project, it is intended to replace buildings that are old and have a small capacity. In addition, this port development is expected to be able to support the regional economy. In determining the critical schedule and trajectory later use the application "Network Planning" and "Microsoft Project". For the calculations refer to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No.28/PRT/M/2016 concerning Guidelines for Price Analysis of the Public Works Unit. Based on the analysis and calculations that have been done, it was concluded that the implementation of the trestle project and parking area of the Jangkar Port were 181 days, starting on March 26, 2018 until October 22, 2018 at a cost of IDR. 12.282.430.330,70.
