Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Aston Kahuripan terletak di jalan Kahuripan Sidoarjo, merupakan salah satu pengembangan dari PT. Graha Istana Nirwana. Proyek pembangunan gedung ini dikerjakan oleh PT. Jaya Kusuma Sarana yang dimana Bangunan ini memiliki 12 lantai yaitu 4 lantai untuk lobby dan fasilitas Hotel, 7 lantai untuk kamar tidur Hotel, dan 1 lantai unuk lantai Atap. Dalam melakukan perhitungan analisa biaya dan waktu pada pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan dengan menentukan item pekerjaan terlebih dahulu lalu menghitung volume dan pemilihan metode yang efisien sehinga menghasilkan durasi, penyusunan jadwal pekerjaan dan biaya total pada proyek ini, untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan peraturan dan harga yang berlaku di kota Sidoarjo. Total biaya pekerjaan dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan software aplikasi Microsoft Project dengan masukan dari setiap item pekerjaan termasuk metode pelaksanaanya. Berdasarkan hasil dari Microsoft Project didapatkan waktu pelaksanaan 199 hari dengan total biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp17.909.900.801

Hotel Aston Kahuripan construction project located at Kahuripan Road Sidoarjo, it is one of the building construction which built by PT. Jaya Kusuma Sarana contractor. This project has 12 floors divided into 4 lobby floors and hotel facilities, 7 floors for bedrooms, and 1 roof floor. Cost and time calculation in this project is done by calculating the volumes, productivity, durations and scheduling on each work items. The calculation for cost implementation is using the brochures and standard prices in Sidoarjo and its surroundings. based on analysis of calculations with the Microsoft Project software by input the work item and also the construction method, the cost for this project is Rp17.909.900.801 with time implementation 199 days.
