Abstract

Pembangunan di bidang konstruksi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin berkembang pesat dari segi desain maupun dari segi metode konstruksi yang digunakan. Salah satunya adalah metode pelat pracetak atau metode half slab. Pembangunan Apartemen Cornell yang terletak di daerah Citraland Surabaya ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan menyusun jadwal masing-masing item pekerjaan. Untuk perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan perhitungan analisa dari data lapangan, observasi, brosur dan standard harga di Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada tugas akhir ini diperoleh biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp. 18.944.463.463,80,-. Dengan waktu pelaksanaan 211 hari kalender. Perhitungan diatas merupakan perhitungan biaya untuk struktur utama bangunan dari basement sampai lantai 8 dengan penggunaan metode half slab yang dimulai pada lantai 2.
