Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Namira Syariah Surabaya ini sejumlah 10 lantai termasuk lantai atap dek beton dengan luas bangunan 4560 m2 yang berada di Jl. Raya Wisma Pagesangan No.203, Pagesangan, Jambangan, Kota SBY, Jawa Timur 60233. Proyek pembangunan ini merupakan proyek dengan menggunakan struktur beton yang dilakukan dengan metode pengecoran di tempat yang terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan yaitu, pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pondasi, dan pekerjaan beton mulai dari lantai dasar sampai lantai atap dek beton dan tangga dengan bantuan alat berat. Untuk perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan dianalisis terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan standar harga kota Surabaya, harga alat berat serta material serta waktu pelaksanaannya. Dalam menentukan biaya maka dilakukan dengan harga sesuai lapangan. Sedangkan pada perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan analisa mulai dari kapasitas alat, produktivitas, durasi, dan penyusunan jadwal setiap item pekerjaan dimana hal ini dilakukan dengan metode Precendence Diagram Method ( PDM) menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project 2016. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada pembangunan Hotel Namira Syariah Surabaya sebesar Rp. 8.072.524.190 (Delapan Milyar Tujuh Puluh Dua Juta Lima Ratus Dua Puluh Empat Ribu Seratus Sembilan Puluh Rupiah) dengan waktu pelaksanaan proyek selama 207 hari kerja.

The Namira Syariah Surabaya Hotel Development Project consists of 10 floors including a concrete deck roof with a building area of 4560 m2 located on Jl. Raya Wisma Pagesangan No.203, Pagesangan, Jambangan, SBY City, East Java 60233. This development project is a project using concrete structures carried out by casting methods in a place consisting of several jobs, namely, preparation work, foundation work, and concrete work from the ground floor to the roof of the concrete deck and stairs with the help of heavy equipment. For the calculation of the implementation of the budget plan analyzed first in accordance with Surabaya city price standards, the price of heavy equipment and materials as well as the time of implementation. In determining costs, prices are carried out according to the field. While the calculation of the implementation time is carried out an analysis starting from the tool capacity, productivity, duration, and scheduling of each work item where this is done by the Precendence Diagram Method (PDM) method using Microsoft Project 2016 tools. Based on the analysis results obtained by the implementation of the budget plan for concrete structures in the construction of Surabaya Hotel Namira Syariah Building in the amount of Rp. 8.072.524.190 (Eight Billion Seventy Two Million Five Hundred Twenty Four Thousand One Hundred Rupiah) with the project implementation time of 207 working days.
