Abstract
Proyek Hotel Goldvitel Surabaya ini dibangun 16 lantai dengan luas total bangunan 6.203,47 m2 yang terletak di Jalan Basuki Rahmat Nomor 147 Surabaya. Gedung tersebut memiliki struktur bawah berupa pondasi tiang pancang ditambah struktur basement, dan struktur atas berupa beton bertulang. Proyek ini menggunakan pengecoran secara in-situ untuk struktur uatama.
Untuk perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan tersebut dimulai dari menghitung durasi tiap pekerjaan berdasarkan perhitungan volume yang didapat dari data gambar rencana dan metode yang digunakan. Kemudian akan diperoleh biaya pelaksanaan. Sedangkan untuk penyusunan jadwal setiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa metode pelaksanaan, waktu pelaksanaan, dan rencana biaya pelaksanaan untuk pekerjaan struktur pada proyek ini, diperoleh durasi pekerjaan selama 248 hari dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 7.004.351.157 (Tujuh Milyar Empat Juta Tiga Ratus Lima Puluh Satu Ribu Seratus Lima Puluh Tujuh Rupiah)

Construction project of Goldvitel Hotel Surabaya was built 16 floors with a building area of 6.203,47 m2 which is located on Jl. Basuki Rahmat No, 147 Surabaya. This building has a lower structure using square pile and basement structure, while for upper structure using reinforcement concrete. This project used an in-situ cast concrete method for the main structures.
For implementation time and real cost started by calculating the duration of each work based on the volume calculation accorded to the shop drawings and the implementation method we used. Then the implementation costs are obtained. While for the preparation of the schedule for each item of work carried out using Microsoft Project and S-Curve.
Based on the analysis of the implementation method, time and cost of implementation plans for structures in this project obtained, the duration of work is 248 working days and work costs worth Rp 7.004.351.157 (seven billion four million three hundred fifty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven Rupiah).
