Abstract
Bendung Bacem adalah Bendung yang terletak di kabupaten Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur. Secara administratif Bendung Bacem terletak di Desa Bening Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pembuatan Groundsil pada Bendung Bacem di latar belakangi karena terjadinya gerusan pada bagian samping hilir sungai yang menyebabkan runtuhnya bagian revement atau batasan sungai di musim penghujan. Hal inilah yang menjadi penyebab kebutuhan irigasi daerah hilir sungai bendung terhambat.
Secara umum, fungsi pembuatan groundsil pada Bendung adalah untuk mengendalikan ketinggian dan kemiringan dasar sungai, agar dapat mengurangi atau menghentikan degradasi sungai. Bangunan ini juga dibangun untuk menjaga agar dasar sungai tidak turun terlalu berlebihan. Khusus untuk Bendung Bacem, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan air daerah irigasi di Kabupaten Mojokerto
Metode pelaksanaan dibuat untuk memudahkan personil pelaksana proyek dalam mengelola sumber daya yang ada (sumber daya manusia, waktu, material, dan uang). Secara umum, pelaksanaan pekerjaan dimulai dengan pekerjaan persiapan, diantaranya pembuatan kantor direksi, kantor dan gudang kontraktor, barak kerja yang dilengkapi dengan perlengkapan standar. Setelah pekerjaan persiapan dilaksanakan, maka mobilisasi tenaga dan peralatan yang dapat dilaksanakan segera dilakukan dan selanjutnya dilaksanakan pekerjaan fisik yang dapat dikerjakan sesuai dengan sumber daya yang sudah tersedia.
Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan groundsill ini sangat diutamakan keselamatan kerja pada setiap pekerja baik didalam maupun diluar lokasi terowongan. Pekerja harus menaati semua peraturan yang sudah diterapkan oleh staf K3 untuk menjamin keselamatan pekerja

In carrying out the work of the groundsill it is very important that work safety be carried out on every worker both inside and outside the river location. Workers must comply with all regulations that have been applied by K3 staff to ensure the safety of workers
