Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat membuat ritel berhasil memenangkan persaingan usaha adalah mampu memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Dengan memahami aspirasi konsumen, maka perusahaan dapat berkompetisi dalam menyediakan fasilitas dan layanan pada ritel mereka. Tugas Akhir ini melakukan analisis untuk menentukan fasilitas dan layanan yang ada pada Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU). Dengan adanya banyak kompetitor, analisis yang mendalam diperlukan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan fasiltas dan layanan. Untuk menunjang kebutuhan konsumen, perusahaan pengelola memberikan fasilitas dan layanan tambahan. Dimana, fasilitas dan layanan yang diberikan nantinya berbeda-beda tergantung perilaku dan preferensi konsumen. Perilaku konsumen mengacu pada tipe SPBU yang dikunjungi dan tujuan konsumen datang ke ritel, sedangkan preferensi konsumen dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui prioritas berdasarkan derajat kepentingan konsumen. Fasilitas dan layanan yang baik akan dapat memengaruhi pilihan konsumen mengunjungi SPBU, sehingga jumlah konsumen yang datang ke ritel SPBU dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, sehingga akan dapat diketahui fasilitas dan layanan yang menjadi prioritas oleh konsumen dengan mempertimbangkan perilaku konsumen mengunjungi suatu ritel SPBU.

One of the factors that can make retail successfully win business competition is being able to understand the needs and desires of consumers. By understanding consumer aspirations, companies can compete in providing the facilities and services that need to be in their retail. This Final Project conducts an analysis to determine the existing facilities and services at the Gas Station. With the presence of many competitors, in-depth analysis is needed by identifying the needs of facilities and services. To support the needs of consumers, the management company provides additional facilities and services at each gas station. Whereas the facilities and services provided will vary depending on consumer behaviour and preferences. Consumer behaviour refers to the type of gas station visited and the purpose of consumers coming to retail, while consumer preferences are needed to determine priorities based on the degree of consumer interest. Good facilities and services will be able to influence the choice of consumers that visit specific gas stations. Consideration of consumer behaviour and preferences can increase the number of consumers who come to retail stations. This research analyses by collecting data through a questionnaire, so that facilities and services can be identified as priorities and expectations of consumers by taking into account consumer behaviour visiting retail outlets.
