Abstract

Terdapat implikasi manajerial yang dapat diimplementasikan pihak pengelola my.its.ac.id dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat Mahasiswa ITS menggunakan web-based services my.its.ac.id.

Web-based services at institutions such as universities, namely the Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) are interesting to researched, because ITS provide web-based services for academic and non-academic. Through the UTAUT
approach, this research will describe the behavioral intention of ITS students in using the my.its.ac.id web-based service which is measured by the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition. To achieve the research objectives, descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM were used. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire which was distributed to 279 ITS students spread across all faculties and levels. The results of the PLS-SEM analysis found that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition had a significant influence on the behavioral intention of ITS students using the my.its.ac.id web-based services, which was based on them using the service because it could help activities during college. In
addition, the influence of lecturers, friends, and skills in using services also has an influence. It was also found that the moderating effect of age on facilitating condition on behavioral intentions was also found. There are managerial
implications that can be implemented by the management of my.its.ac.id with the aim of increasing the interest of ITS students using the my.its.ac.id web-based services.
