Abstract
PT. Roman Ceramic International (RCI) merupakan industri pembuatan
ubin keramik dinding dan lantai yang menerapkan teknologi canggih dalam proses
operasionalnya. Pabrik ini merupakan salah satu pabrik terbaik di Indonesia
maupun di kawasan Asia. Perusahaan melakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan dengan
adanya fakta sejumlah karyawan yang mengajukan resign setelah bekerja dalam
kurun waktu 2 tahun terakhir. Evaluasi ini untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan
yang terjadi, dimana karyawan merupakan aset perusahaan yang harus di
pertahankan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka banyak faktor yang menyebabkan
tingkat resign pegawai beberapa diantaranya jenjang karir, keluarga, wirausaha,
dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor – faktor tersebut
terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. RCI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan
kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online
kepada karyawan PT. RCI. Penelitian ini melibatkan 202 responden dari karyawan
aktif yang bekerja. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM - PLS (Structural
Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SEM
didapatkan adalah seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap
loyalitas karyawan di PT. RCI. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah pada variabel
jenjang karir. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan
manufacturing industry khususnya di bidang keramik

PT. Roman Ceramic International (RCI) is a wall and floor ceramic tile
manufacturing industry that applies advanced technology in its operational
processes. This factory is one of the best factories in Indonesia and in Asia. The
company conducts an ongoing evaluation based on the fact that the number of
employees who have submitted their resignations after working in the last 2 years.
This evaluation is to find solutions to the problems that occur, since employees are
company assets that must be maintained. Based on a literature review, there are
many factors that cause employee resignation rates, some of which are career,
family, entrepreneurship, and the environment itself. This study identifies the
influence of these factors on employee loyalty to PT. RCI. The method used is a
quantitative approach where data is obtained by distributing online questionnaires
to employees of PT. RCI. This study involved 202 respondents from active
employees who are still working at the factory. Then it is analyzed using SEM -
PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). The results, which is
obtained based on the SEM analysis, is that all variables have a significant positive
effect on employee loyalty at PT. RCI. The most dominant factor is the career path
variable. The benefits of the results of this research would be a valuable input for
industrial manufacturing companies, especially in the field of ceramics.
