Abstract

PT X merupakan perusahaan tingkat nasional yang memiliki beberapa dugaan hal yang perlu dikembangkan, seperti kurangnya pengimplementasian core value AKHLAK sebagai penyeragaman core value antar-BUMN, pimpinan yang kesulitan mengaplikasikan nilai AKHLAK dalam kesehariannya, fasilitas kerja yang tidak mendukung, dan implementasi core value dalam praktik bekerja yang kurang baik. Melihat kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara variabel core value, leadership, fasilitas kerja, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penggunaan SEM-PLS sebagai metode dalam menemukan hubungan variabel dan analisis deskriptif yang digunakan dengan melibatkan responden sebanyak 126 orang dari PT X bagian jaringan. Dari total 126 responden dalam penelitian ini, variabel core value dan fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dengan ditandai nilai T-Statistics sebesar 1.159 dan 4.154. Variabel lainnya yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai dan berdampak pada kinerja adalah leadership dengan nilai T-Statistics sebesar 7.029.

PT X are one of the state-owned companies that has several indications that needs to be addressed to have better performance, such as lack of AKHLAK core value as a standardization across state-owned company, leaders that have difficult time to implement the core value in daily basis, working facilities that aren’t fully supported, and core value implementation on working daily basis. Regarding this phenomenon, this research objectives is to define the connection between variabels. Using SEM-PLS as determining method to find the connection between variabels and analytical description that involving 126 employees on PT X network division. The expected results are recommendation that based on data interpretation of variabel connection and improving core value implementation, leadership model, working facilities, working satisfaction, and working performance. From 126 respondents that included, core value and working facilities variables are amongst the most significant variable affecting both working satisfactory and working performance with T-Statistics value of 1.159 and 4.154. Another variable that have significancy on working satisfactory that affecting working performance are leadership variables with T-Statistics of 7.029.
