Abstract
Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan kondisi empiris dari kompensasi, mutasi, promosi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kpp pratama padang satu yang dinilai belum memberikan rasa kepuasan dalam bekerja. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi, mutasi, promosi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening, terutama di kpp pratama padang satu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 116 pegawai dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah saturation sampling method. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan mengumpulan data kuesioner survey menggunakan skala likert. Analisis statistik deskriptif dilakukan dengan menggunakan smart partial least squares (smartpls) 3.0.4 sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (sem). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompensasi, mutasi, promosi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi, mutasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasaan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta promosi berpengaruh langsung namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, mutasi, promosi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.

The urgency of this study is based on the empirical condition from compensation, mutation, promotion, and work environment which have not met the expected work satisfaction to the employees of KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Thus, this study aims to determine the influence of compensation, mutation, promotion and work environment to employee performance through work satisfaction as the intervening Variabel in KPP Pratama Padang Satu. The population in this study is 116 employees, which was calculated using the saturation sampling method. This study is a quantitative study, where the author uses questionnaire from Likert Scale for the data collection. The analytical – descriptive statistic was done using Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) 3.0.4 while hypothetical study was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Study result showed a significant impact of compensation, mutation, promotion, and work environment to employee work satisfaction. There was a significant influence on compensation, mutation, work environment, and work satisfaction to employee performance, also promotion had direct influence but not significantly affect the employee performance. Compensation, mutation, promotion and work environment affected the employee performance through work satisfaction.
