Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan peringkatnya sebagai perguruan tinggi unggulan, ITS meningkatkan kualitas dari beberapa fasilitasnya. Salah satu fasilitas yang ditingkatkan adalah Creative Co-Working Space (CCWS) yang bertempat di perpustakaan lantai satu ITS guna memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam proses pengembangan diri untuk berkreasi dan belajar. Karena telah didirikan selama satu tahun namun belum pernah dilakukan penelitian kepuasan, maka diperlukan penelitian untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna serta faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Pengukuran kepuasan dilakukan dengan mengunakan Regresi Logistik Biner untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara keseluruhan dan mengidentifikasi faktor mana yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu digunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan tujuan untuk memetakkan hubungan antara kepentingan dengan kepuasan dari masing-masing atribut. Dengan diketahuinya kepuasan pengguna maka dapat dilakukan perbaikan terhadap atribut yang belum sesuai dengan harapan pengguna sehingga kepuasan pengguna dapat terpenuhi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari analisis adalah pengguna CCWS ITS mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan, di mana usia mayoritas adalah 18 tahun dengan mayoritas frekuensi berkunjung pengguna dalam sebulan terakhir adalah sebanyak 2-4 Kali. Dengan menggunakan Regresi Logistik Biner diperoleh tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara keseluruhan sebesar 82,7% dengan variabel yang berpengaruh adalah Responsiveness (X3) dan Reliability (X4) dengan hasil secara keseluruhan kepuasan pengguna dapat diprediksi secara tepat oleh model sebesar 93,6%. Dengan menggunakan IPA diperoleh bahwa terdapat beberapa atribut yang perlu diprioritas utamakan untuk diperbaiki karena memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu variabel Responsiveness (X3) dengan 3 atribut, dan variabel Reliability (X4) dengan 2 atribut.

In an effort to improve its ranking as a leading university, ITS improves the quality of some of its facilities. One of the improved facilities is Creative C o-W orking Space (CCWS) which is located in the ITS first floor library to facilitate students in the process of self-development to create and learn. Because it has been established for one year but has never been conducted satisfaction research, research is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction and the factors that affect user satisfaction. Satisfaction measurement is carried out by using the Biner ogistic Legretion R to determine the overall level of user satisfaction and identify which factors affect user satisfaction. In addition, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used with the aim of cracking the relationship between interests and the satisfaction of each attribute. With the knowledge of user satisfaction, improvements can be made to attributes that are not in accordance with user expectations so that user satisfaction can be fulfilled. The conclusion obtained from the analysis is that its CCWS users are mostly female, where the majority of age is 18 years old with the majority of the frequency of visiting users in the last month is 2-4 times. By using Binary Logistic Regression, an overall user satisfaction rate of 82.7% was obtained with influential variables being Responsiveness (X3) and Reliability (X4) with overall results user satisfaction can be predicted precisely by a model of 93,6%. By using IPA, it is obtained that there are several attributes that need to be prioritized to be improved because they have a significant influence, namely the Responsiveness variable (X 3) with 3 attributes, and the Reliability variable (X4) with 2 attributes
