Abstract

Ekonomi digital merupakan kegiatan ekonomi melalui teknologi digital yang didukung oleh adanya perkembangan teknologi. Penggunaan ekonomi digital semakin meningkat saat COVID-19 karena pembatasan sosial yang menyebabkan perubahan pola hidup dan transaksi menjadi serba online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan ekonomi digital dalam perbedaan pendapatan UMKM pasca COVID-19 dengan mengkomparasi pendapatan UMKM sebelum COVID-19 untuk melihat perbedaan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggabungkan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner terhadap 32 pelaku usaha di SWK Deles, SWK Convention Hall, SWK Semolowaru, dan SWK Klampis Ngasem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan ekonomi digital yaitu Grabfood, Gofood, Shopeefood dan pembayaran QR (Bank, Gopay, Shopeepay, OVO) berpengaruh dalam perbedaan pendapatan UMKM sebelum dan pasca COVID-19. Sebelum COVID-19 pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh pesanan yang ramai dari Grabfood dan Gofood, pendapatan yang utuh karena tidak ada potongan lain, banyak pesanan dari area yang lebih luas, dan lebih banyaknya pengunjung SWK yang menggunakan pembayaran QR. Saat pasca pandemi COVID-19, pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh adanya potongan promo sehingga membuat mereka lebih malas mengikuti promo, tetapi jika UMKM tidak mengikuti promo tersebut maka pesanan online semakin sedikit. UMKM merasa hal tersebut adalah tantangan karena mereka tidak bisa terus menaikkan harga jual dalam mengikuti promo yang ditawarkan. Oleh karena itu, UMKM melakukan penyesuaian porsi agar tidak mengalami kerugian. Selain itu kondisi SWK juga semakin sepi dan pesanan dari area yang jauh tidak sebanyak dahulu. Hal-hal tersebut yang menjadi penyebab perbedaan pendapatan yang diperoleh pelaku usaha antara sebelum dan pasca COVID-19.

The digital economy is an economic activity through digital technology supported by technological developments. The use of the digital economy is increasing during COVID-19 due to social restrictions that cause changes in lifestyles and transactions to be all online. The purpose of this study is to determine how the utilization of the digital economy in the difference in MSME income after COVID-19 by comparing MSME income before COVID-19 to see the difference between the two. This research combines qualitative and quantitative with interviews, observations, documentation, literature studies, and questionnaires to 32 businesses in SWK Deles, SWK Convention Hall, SWK Semolowaru, and SWK Klampis Ngasem. The result of this study is that the utilization of the digital economy, namely Grabfood, Gofood, Shopeefood and QR payments (Bank, Gopay, Shopeepay, OVO) has an effect on differences in MSME income before and after COVID-19. Before COVID-19, MSME income was influenced by busy orders from Grabfood and Gofood, intact income because there were no other deductions, many orders from a wider area, and more SWK visitors using QR payments. During the post-COVID-19 pandemic, MSME revenues were affected by promo discounts, making them more lazy to follow the promos, but if MSMEs did not follow the promos, there were fewer online orders. MSMEs feel that this is a challenge because they cannot continue to increase the selling price in following the promos offered. Therefore, MSMEs make portion adjustments so as not to experience losses. In addition, SWK conditions are also getting quieter and orders from distant areas are not as many as before. These things are the cause of the difference in income earned by MSMEs actors between before and after COVID-19.
