Abstract
Pembangunan tunnel pada inlet Sudetan Kali Ciliwung ke Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT) yang berlokasi di JL. Otto Iskandar Dinata, Bidaracina, Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. Proyek ini memiliki Panjang 582 m dengan diameter 3.5 m. Dalam proyek akhir ini metode yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan pembangunan tunnel menggunakan metode MicroTunneling dan pipe jacking. MicroTunneling adalah metode konstruksi pembangunan yang menggunakan mesin bor MTBM (MicroTunnel Boring Machines) yang dikombinasikan dengan teknik pipe jacking, yang memiliki fungsi sebagai pembangun terowongan dengan dimensi 4 m. Pipe jacking sendiri yaitu salah satu pemasangan pipa dengan mendorong pipa pra cetak ke dalam tanah dari sebuah lubang vertikal dengan cara mendorong pipa kedalam tanah dibantu menggunakan alat hydraulic jack. Penelitian ini berfokus pada metode pelaksanaan dan analisa durasi serta biaya pekerjaan microtunneling dan pipe jacking pada proyek Pembangunan Sudetan Kali Ciliwung ke Kanal Banjir Timur. Pengumpulan data berupa foto pelaksanaan, bill of quantity dan literatur lainnya. Biaya pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan analisis yang sesuai peraturan yang berlaku untuk medapatkan kesesuaian dengan kondisi pelaksanaan lapangan. Sedangkan pada perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan analisis mulai dari kapasitas produksi, produktivitas, durasi dan penyusunan jadwal setiap pekerjaan dimana hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu microsoft project. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan alat berat yang dibutuhkan yaitu Earth Pressure Balance Machine (EPBM), hydraulic jack, excavator super long arm, dump truck, crawler crane 110 T dan 360 T, diessel hammer, dan alat bantu untuk pengeluaran lumpur menggunakan belt conveyor. Untuk pembangunan tunnel Sudetan Kali Ciliwung ke Kanal Banjir Timur berdasarkan analisis dibutuhkan waktu pengerjaan selama 286 hari atau kurang lebih selama 9 bulan dengan total biaya yaitu Rp88.599.145.500,00 sudah termasuk PPN sebesar 11%.

Construction of a tunnel at the inlet of the Ciliwung River Sudetan to the East Flood Canal (KBT) located at JL. Otto Iskandar Dinata, Bidaracina, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. This project has a length of 582 m with a diameter of 3.5 m. In this final project the method used in carrying out tunnel construction is using the MicroTunneling and pipe jacking methods. MicroTunneling is a construction method that uses MTBM (MicroTunnel Boring Machines) drilling machines combined with pipe jacking techniques, which has a function as a tunnel builder with dimensions of 4 m. Pipe jacking itself is one of the installation of pipes by pushing precast pipes into the ground from a vertical hole by pushing the pipe into the ground assisted by using a hydraulic jack. This research focuses on implementation methods and analysis of the duration and cost of microtunneling and pipe jacking work on the Ciliwung River to East Flood Canal Development project. Data collection in the form of implementation photos, bill of quantity and other literature. Implementation costs are calculated based on an analysis in accordance with applicable regulations to obtain conformity with field implementation conditions. Meanwhile, in calculating the implementation time, an analysis is carried out starting from production capacity, productivity, duration and preparation of Schedules for each work where this is done using Microsoft project tools. Based on the results of the analysis, the required heavy equipment is Earth Pressure Balance Machine (EPBM), hydraulic jack, super long arm excavator, dump truck, 110 T and 360 T crawler cranes, diesel hammer, and aids for removing mud using a belt conveyor. For the construction of the Ciliwung River Sudetan tunnel to the East Flood Canal, based on the analysis, it takes 286 days to work or approximately 9 months with a total cost of Rp. 88,599,145,500.00 including 11% VAT
