Abstract

Perhitungan waktu dan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan pada suatu proyek merupakan hal yang penting dalam manajemen konstruksi proyek karena pada dasarnya keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat ditinjau dari ketepatan waktu dalam proses pelaksanaan serta keuntungan dalam biaya. Maka kinerja proyek dapat direncanakan secara teliti dan cermat dengan dilihat dari indikator waktu dan biaya pembangunan proyek. Pemilihan material pada pekerjaan proyek sangat berpengaruh pada saat pelaksanaannya, terutama pada pemilihan jenis bekisting yang akan digunakan. Oleh karena itu, pada proyek tugas akhir ini Gedung Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Jawa Timur akan dilakukan perhitungan kembali dengan menggunakan metode bekisting aluminium formwork. Bekisting merupakan cetakan sementara yang digunakan untuk menahan beban selama beton dituang hingga beton mengeras dan dibentuk sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Bekisting aluminium ini memiliki ukuran cukup besar, namun ringan untuk seorang pekerja Bekisting aluminium jika dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional, dari segi durasi produktivitas, kualitas dan penggunaan bekisting aluminium merupakan bekisting yang efektif digunakan terutama pada proyek yang memiliki tipe lantai tipikal karena dapat digunakan berkali-kali dan biaya untuk tenaga kerja relatif lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Penyusunan proyek akhir dimulai dari mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan kemudian menghitung volume dan produktivitas. Perhitungan tersebut akan menentukan durasi item pekerjaan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun penjadwalan. Penjadwalan menggunakan Crirical Path Metdhod (CPM) dengan mengaplikasikan program bantu Microsoft Project. Hasil analisa perhitungan waktu diperoleh selama 97 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 19,478,249,925

The calculation of the time and cost budget plan for implementation on a project is important in project construction management because basically the success of a project can be seen from the timeliness of the implementation process and the benefits in cost. Then the project performance can be planned carefully and carefully by looking at the time and cost indicators of project development. The selection of materials in project work is very influential during its implementation, especially in the selection of the type of formwork to be used. Therefore, in this final project, the East Java Regional Police General Criminal Investigation Directorate Building will be recalculated using the aluminum formwork formwork method. Formwork is a temporary mold that is used to hold the load while the concrete is poured until the concrete hardens and is formed as planned. This aluminum formwork has a fairly large size, but is lightweight for a worker Aluminum formwork when compared to conventional formwork, in terms of productivity duration, quality and use of aluminum formwork is an effective formwork used especially in projects that have typical floor types because it can be used many times and the cost for labor is relatively less than conventional formwork. The preparation of the final project starts from identifying work items then calculating volume and productivity. This calculation will determine the duration of work items which are then used to arrange scheduling. Scheduling uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) by applying the Microsoft Project program. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the time obtained for 97 working days and the implementation cost of Rp 19,478,249,925
