Abstract
Pabrik Gula Modjopanggoong merupakan salah satu Pabrik Gula BUMN Jawa Timur yang terletak di Tulungagung. Pabrik ini memproduksi Gula Kristal Putih (GKP). Peningkatan eco-efisiensi dapat dicapai melalui peningkatan efisiensi proses yaitu mengurangi aktivitas non value added dan pemborosan (waste) yang terjadi sepanjang aliran proses produksi dan aspek lingkungan yang diukur dengan software simapro 5.0. Peningkatan efisiensi tersebut dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan konsep Lean Sigma. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi six sigma yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi variansi dari setiap waste yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian, dua waste kritis yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu waste inappropriate processing dan waste defect. Analisis kedua waste tersebut menggunakan RCA dan FMEA. Nilai RPN tertinggi dari FMEA digunakan sebagai dasar menentukan altematif improve dan didapatkan ada 10 kombinasi improve. Dari 10 kombinasi tersebut dipilih kombinasi terbaik dengan menggunakan value management dan didapatkan kombinasi terbaik dengan nilai value 1,4 yaitu pelatihan operator gilingan, pembelian PC pendeteksi kristal dan pembelian timbangan

The Modjopanggoong Sugar Factory is one of the East Java State-Owned Sugar Factories located in Tulungagung. This factory produces White Crystal Sugar (GKP). Increasing eco-efficiency can be achieved by increasing process efficiency, namely reducing non-value added activities and waste that occurs throughout the production process flow and environmental aspects as measured by simapro 5.0 software. This efficiency increase was carried out by applying the Lean Sigma concept approach. The research methodology used is the six sigma methodology which aims to minimize the variance of each existing waste. From the research results, two critical wastes were used for research, namely inappropriate processing waste and defect waste. Analysis of the two wastes uses RCA and FMEA. The highest RPN value from FMEA was used as a basis for determining improvement alternatives and it was found that there were 10 improvement combinations. Of the 10 combinations, the best combination was selected using value management and the best combination was obtained with a value of 1.4, namely training for mill operators, purchasing a crystal detector PC and purchasing scales
