Abstract
PT Trisulapack indah (TPI ) merupakan salah satu plant dalam pabrik Maspion Unit III yang merupakan pabrik pembuat karton yang berbasis make to order dimana pengaturan jam kerja untuk operator dalam PT Trisulapack I ndah dibagi ke dalam 2 shift kerja, yaitu shift pagi dan shift malam yang masing-masing mempunyai durasi kerja selama 8 jam. Selama ini terdapat indikasi adanya perbedaan produktivitas antara shift pagi dan shift malam yang dilihat dari output yang dihasilkan masing-masing shift, sehingga keadaan seperti ini bisa menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak perusahaan karena adakalanya target perusahaan untuk memenuhi order konsumen tidak tercapai. Sampai saat ini perbedaan produktivitas masih diidentifikasi oleh adanya perbedaan performance pekerja dalam kecepatan kerja mereka karena adanya keluhan dari segi fisik, psikis, sosial, dan lingkungan yang berbeda terhadap penerapan shift kerja terutama shift malam. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu tindak lanjut untuk mencari faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi performance shift pagi dan shift malam dengan cause effect diagram dan dicari faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) sehingga dapat dirancang suatu perbaikan shift kerja yang bisa mengakomodasi beberapa keluhan yang dialami saat bekerja shift yaitu dengan merubah panjang rotasi, durasi shift, jumlah maksimum jam lembur , jumlah hari libur per minggu, treatment tertentu untuk meminimasi kelelahan dan pembuatan program penjadwalan mengurangi sehingga diharapkan produktivitas perusahaan bisa ditingkatkan

PT Trisulapack Indah (TPI) is one of the plants in the Maspion Unit III factory which is a cardboard manufacturing factory based on make to order where the working hours for operators in PT Trisulapack Indah are divided into 2 work shifts, namely the morning shift and the evening shift. each has a working duration of 8 hours. So far there have been indications that there is a difference in productivity between the morning shift and the night shift as seen from the output produced by each shift, so a situation like this can cause losses for the company because sometimes the company's target to fulfill consumer orders is not achieved. Until now, differences in productivity are still identified by differences in worker performance in their work speed due to complaints from different physical, psychological, social and environmental aspects regarding the implementation of work shifts, especially night shifts. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a follow-up action to look for factors that influence the performance of the morning shift and night shift using a cause effect diagram and find out which factors have the most influence using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method so that an improvement in work shifts can be designed that can accommodate several complaints. experienced when working shifts, namely by changing the length of rotation, shift duration, maximum number of overtime hours, number of days off per week, certain treatments to minimize fatigue and creating a reduced scheduling program so that it is hoped that company productivity can be increased
