Abstract
Bekisting merupakan sistem atau struktur penyangga yang digunakan dalam konstruksi untuk membentuk dan mendukung beton segar atau material konstruksi lainnya selama proses pengerasan. Pemilihan sistem bekisting adalah keputusan penting dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Keputusan ini dapat memengaruhi efisiensi konstruksi, kualitas hasil akhir, biaya, dan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh dalam pemilihan sistem bekisting Variabel-variabel tersebut meliputi desain bangunan, lokasi proyek, kinerja pekerja, dan biaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada proyek-proyek gedung, terutama bangunan tinggi yang tersebar diseluruh di Indonesia terutama di pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 65 responden dari 10 proyek high-rise building di Indonesia dengan total jumlah indikator sebanyak 45 indikator. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden melalui email dan direct message dengan media google form. Melalui pemodelan menggunakan PLS SEM didapatkan bahwa desain bangunan, lokasi proyek, kinerja, pekerja, dan biaya dalam path coefficient memberikan respon positif baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel pemilihan sistem bekisting.

Formwork is a supporting system or structure used in construction to shape and support fresh concrete or other construction materials during the hardening process. The selection of a formwork system is a crucial decision in the planning and execution of a construction project. This decision can impact construction efficiency, the quality of the final outcome, costs, and project completion time. The aim of this research is to identify the variables that influence the selection of formwork systems. These variables include building design, project location, worker performance, and costs. The method employed is quantitative, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to building projects, particularly high-rise buildings, across Indonesia, with a focus on the Java island. This research involves 65 respondents from 10 high-rise building projects in Indonesia with a total of 45 indicators. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to respondents through email and direct messages via Google Forms. Through modeling using PLS-SEM, it was found that building design, project location, performance, workers, and costs in the path coefficient provide both direct and indirect positive responses to the variable of formwork system selection.
