Abstract

Seiring bertambahnya jumlah penonton atau penikmat olahraga di Indonesia pada beberapa tahun terakhir, Indonesia sering membangun atau merenovasi stadion untuk meningkatkan performanya. Stadion sebagai bangunan infrastruktur yang juga mempunyai fungsi sebagai fasilitas umum harus menerapkan konsep bangunan berkelanjutan, terutama pada aspek sosial. Maka dari itu maka perlu terciptanya rasa aman, nyaman bagi pengguna dan bisa diterima oleh semua golongan sesuai dengan peraturan UEFA mengenai stadion berkelanjutan sosial yang menekankan pada kebutuhan kesejahteraan dan kenyamanan manusia, baik psikologis maupun fisik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur skala prioritas, mengidentifikasi performa, dan mengusulkan upaya perbaikan pada stadion berkelanjutan sosial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi skala prioritas dan performa kriteria bangunan berkelanjutan sosial yang memerlukan perbaikan. Setelah diketahui kriteria-kriteria berkelanjutan sosial yang memerlukan perbaikan, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi untuk meningkatkan performa kriteria berkelanjutan sosial bangunan stadion di Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para stakeholders dan end-user di stadion pada fase operasional.
Penelitian ini medapatkan 160 responden. Hasil analisis IPA mengidentifikasi 3 variabel kriteria penilaian menjadi prioritas dalam upaya perbaikan, yaitu variabel “Kebersihan stadion yang baik”, “Perbedaan jalur dan petugas keamanan untuk penonton pria, wanita, lansia, dan disabilitas pada gerbang stadion”, dan “Tersedianya tempat ibadah”. Analisis lanjut dengan QFD dengan para ahli pada bangunan stadion mengusulkan 10 upaya perbaikan dalam kriteria penilaian stadion di Indonesia. Strategi utama dalam upaya perbaikan yaitu “Pembatasan barang yang boleh dibawa ke dalam stadion serta larangan barang/makanan/minuman yang berpotensi menjadi risiko bahaya atau sampah".

As the number of spectators or sports fans in Indonesia has increased in recent years, Indonesia often builds or renovates stadiums to improve their performance. Stadiums as infrastructure buildings which also function as public facilities must apply the concept of sustainable buildings, especially in social aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to create a feeling of safety, comfort for users and be accepted by all groups in accordance with UEFA regulations regarding socially sustainable stadiums which emphasize the needs for human welfare and comfort, both psychological and physical.
This research aims to measure the priority scale, identify performance, and propose improvement efforts for socially sustainable stadiums in Indonesia. This research uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to identify the priority scale and performance criteria for socially sustainable buildings that require improvement. After identifying the social sustainability criteria that require improvement, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was carried out to determine the strategies to improve the performance of the social sustainability criteria for stadiums in Indonesia. The respondents in this research were stakeholders and end-users at the stadium in the operational phase.
This research received 160 respondents. The results of the IPA analysis identified 3 assessment criteria variables as priorities in improvement efforts, namely the variables "Good stadium cleanliness", "Differences in lanes and security officers for male, female, elderly and disabled spectators at the stadium gate", and "Availability of places of worship" . Further analysis using QFD with experts in stadium building proposed 10 improvements in the stadium assessment criteria in Indonesia. The main strategy in improvement efforts is "Restrictions on items that can be brought into the stadium as well as prohibitions on items/food/drinks that have the potential to pose a risk of danger or waste."
