Abstract
Kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur seringkali menimbulkan kemacetan. Salah satu titik yang menjadi titik kemacetan adalah di antara Jalan Raya Moh. Yamin, Jalan Kyai Mojo, dan Jalan Setiabudi, dimana kemacetan pada titik tersebut bisa mengular sepanjang dua kilometer di tiap sisinya. Kemacetan di posisi tersebut diakibatkan oleh sungai, bangunan liar, bangunan penduduk, perempatan, dan perlintasan kereta api. Untuk mengatasi kemacetan tersebut pemerintah setempat dengan membangun Flyover pada lokasi tersebut. Pembangunan Flyover tersebut juga didukung dengan adanya rekayasa lalu lintas unutk mengendalikan lalu lintas.
Pada Proyek Pembangunan Flyover Pengganti JPL 64 KM38+897 Lintas Surabaya – Solo dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Wijaya Karya – Dhamba KSO. Dimana perencanaan eksisting dari flyover ini adalah menggunakan struktur pile slab dan struktur pier. Untuk menopang struktur pile slab dan struktur pier digunakan Cocnrete Spun Pile sebanyak 30 titik dengan kedalaman 30 meter. Tempat Proyek Pembangunan Flyover Pengganti JPL 64 Km38+897 Lintas Surabaya – solo berada diatas tanah lunak yang memiliki ketebalan variatif antara 4 – 16 meter. Pada tugas akhir ini, penggunaan Concrete Spun Pile perlu dievaluasi dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaannya pemancangan Concrete Spun Pile dengan menggunakan Diesel Hammer berdampak kerusakan pada rumah warga sekitar proyek. Selain itu, terdapat Concrete Spun Pile yang tidak bisa dipancang sesuai dengan kedalaman rencana. Oleh karena itu, perlu direncakan pengganti pondasi yang aman, stabil, dan lebih efisien dalam aspek biaya.
Alternatif pengganti pondasi yang direncanakan adalah dengan menggunakan timbunan tanah sirtu, timbunan mortar busa, timbunan kombinasi tanah sirtu dan mortar busa dan merencanakan pondasi Bored Pile pada titik Pier 7 dan Pier 8. Alternatif pondasi yang direncanakan dilakukan dengan memerhatikan stabilitas timbunan, rate of settlement dengan menggunakan perkuatan pada timbunannya. Dengan demikian, tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan luaran berupa efisiensi biaya pondasi alternatif spun pile pada STA 275-STA325 serta desain timbunan dan perkuatan yang paling efisien sebagai pengganti struktur slab on pile dari segi efisiensi biaya.

Population density in Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province often causes traffic jams. One of the points of congestion is between Jalan Raya Moh. Yamin, Jalan Kyai Mojo, and Jalan Setiabudi, where traffic jams at these points can stretch for two kilometers on each side. Congestion at this position is caused by rivers, illegal buildings, residential buildings, intersections and railway crossings. To overcome this congestion, the local government built a flyover at that location. The construction of the Flyover is also supported by traffic engineering to control traffic.
The JPL 64 KM38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo Flyover Construction Project was carried out by the contractor PT. Wijaya Karya – Dhamba KSO. Where the existing planning for this flyover is to use a pile slab structure and a pier structure. To support the pile slab structure and pier structure, 30 points of Cocnrete Spun Pile were used with a depth of 30 meters. The location for the Flyover Construction Project to Replace JPL 64 Km38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo is on soft ground which varies in thickness between 4 - 16 meters. In this final project, the use of Concrete Spun Pile needs to be evaluated because in its implementation the erection of Concrete Spun Pile using a Diesel Hammer results in damage to the homes of residents around the project. Apart from that, there are Concrete Spun Pile which cannot be driven according to the planned depth. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a replacement foundation that is safe, stable and more cost efficient.
The planned alternative replacement for the foundation is to use a pile of sirtu soil, a pile of foam mortar, a combination of pile of sirtu soil and foam mortar and planning a Bored Pile foundation at Pier 7 and Pier 8. The planned alternative foundation is carried out by paying attention to the stability of the embankment, the rate of settlement with use reinforcement in the embankment. Thus, this final project is expected to produce outcomes in the form of evaluation, safety and cost efficiency of alternative spun pile foundations on Pier 7 and Pier 8 as well as the most efficient embankment and reinforcement design as a substitute for slab on pile structures in terms of safety during implementation and cost efficiency
